It is ideally close to the shops, 10 min away from the city centre and the marina, accessible by the road and the beach. Due to its location close to the sea and the city, cars are not indispensable. During high season, you can find bicycle rentals, scooter in the city, boats, cars, designer cars.

Phantastic House and perfect location
Our family (2 adults + 3 Kids) spent 2 great weeks in this beautiful house! The garden feels like you are in paradise - 2 min walk to the superb beach and many options for trips and adventures by food, by car and by train. All you need for a relaxing holiday is there - kitchen supplies, barbecue, furniture are in excellent condition - we did not miss anything. Evelyne is such a nice host - we had a very warm welcome, she gave us good tipps for dinner and adventures. We will definetly come back in th next years! Thank you so much

Perfektes Ferienhaus direkt am schönen Sandstrand 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß bis Calvi Zentrum
Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang durch die Gastgeberin, die uns alles zum Haus und der Umgebung erklärte. Das Haus ist schön gelegen mit einem schönen eingewachsenen Garten. Für Autofahrer ideal, der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die Einfahrt ist mit einem Tor verschließbar. Perfekt war, dass wir alles zu Fuß machen konnten. Zum Strand, in den Ort Calvi hineingehen, einkaufen (der Supermarkt war gegenüber), die Zugstation ganz in der Nähe. Das Haus liegt ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Touren. zB ins Fangotal oder nach Ile Rousse, zu den Dörfern der Balagne und in den Wald von Bonifatu. Das Haus ist innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben sind die beiden Duschen, für jedes Schlafzimmer Ein schönes großes Wohn und Esszimmer. Die Gastgeber haben sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Einmal war die Gasflasche zum Kochen leer. Der Hauseigentümer ist sofort gekommen und hat Abhilfe geschaffen. Für 2Paare hat es gut gepasst. Leider war der Aufenthalt schon nach einer Wocje beendet

Schöne Zeit in Calvi
Die Lage des Objekts quasi direkt am Strand ist wirklich toll. Trotz relativer Nähe zur Straße und zur Einkaufsmöglichkeit war es gleichwohl ruhig. Man kann viel unternehmen und braucht das Auto nicht wirklich. Das Haus ist groß für 4 Personen , bietet alle notwendigen Einrichtungen und ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen, gerne wieder.

Maison très agréable
Merci à notre hôte qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis et bien conseillés sur les lieux à visiter dans la région. La maison est idéalement située à 3mn à pieds de la plage. Bel espace intérieur, terrasse et jardins très agréables pour se détendre ou faire un petit barbecue. Tout l'équipement nécessaire en cuisine est à disposition. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée et endroit très calme pour bien dormir. En résumé je recommande vivement ce gite.

Superbe logement
Nous avons passé un très beau sejour chez Evelyne et Ronca. Tout est parfait pour y séjourner en famille où nous avions à notre disposition tout le nécessaire bébé. A proximité du logement se trouve la plage, un magasin alimentaire et le petit train pour se rendre à l’île Rousse. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de louer une voiture. Les propriétaires sont très disponible et arrangeant. Je recommande vraiment ce logement et aussi Calvi qui est une très jolie ville.

Superbes vacances
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison. Elle est très bien aménagée, confortable et idéalement située. Tout est accessible à pied : plage, courses, train. L’accueil chaleureux d’Evelyne et sa disponibilité ne font qu’accentuer la bonne expérience. Nous reviendrons dès que possible !

Excellent séjour
Location extrêmement agréable et très pratique pour notre famille - sans voiture et avec de jeunes enfants. La villa est idéalement située à 2 minutes des plages (sable fin, activités mer, bars, accrobranches, jeux, etc) et des commerces, et pourtant elle est très calme. Petite gare à proximité, très pratique également. Une agréable et facile promenade mène au centre-ville. La maison est entourée d'un vaste jardin, à l'intérieur tout est très facile d'utilisation et parfaitement adapté à la présence de jeunes enfants. L'accueil et les conseils de la propriétaire ont été particulièrement appréciés. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Angaben in der Beschreibung nicht mehr aktuell
Leider muss ich eine negative Bewertung über diese Ferienwohnung schreiben. In den Angaben wird mit einer ruhigen Lage mit großen Garten geworben. Tatsächlich ist jetzt direkt gegenüber von dem Haus eine große Baustelle einer neuen Appartmentanlage. Zwar hielten sich der Lärm in Grenzen, aber man blickt eben direkt von der Terrasse darauf. Auch fühlt man sich im Garten ein wenig wie auf einem Parkplatz. Es ist zwar viel Platz, aber nicht nur grüne Wiese, sondern viel Schotter und auch war direkt am Grundstück ein altes Auto abgestellt und nebenan lagen zwei alte ausrangierte Bote. Auch die Einrichtung der Unterkunft wirkte etwas in die Jahre gekommen und zusammengewürfelt. Auch gab es kein Wlan. Es war alles sauber und die Vermieterin war auch zunächst sehr bemüht und freundlich, die Lage in der Nähe zum Strand war auch ok. Wir hatten zudem noch das Pech, dass genau in der Woche als wir da waren ein Technofestival direkt am Strand hinter dem Haus gefeiert wurde, und die lauten Bässe bis 4 Uhr morgens uns nicht schlafen ließen. Darüber wurden wir von der Vermieterin, trotzdem wir mit drei kleinen Kindern reisten im Vorfeld nicht informiert. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass der Vermieterin die Probleme mit der Baustelle durchaus auch im Vorfeld bewusst waren, sie diese aber bewusst nicht angibt. Trotz unserer direkten Beschwerden kam uns die Vermieterin auch überhaupt nicht entgegen. Insgesamt stimmte unserer Meinung nach auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Unser Rat also an Alle die Ruhe suchen, besser diese Unterkunft nicht mieten!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit leider bösem Ende
Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, es sind zu Fuss nur 2 Minuten zum Strand, 10 Minuten in den Hafen von Calvi und 2 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat alles, was man braucht! Der Garten ist sehr gross, aber leider nicht abgezäunt, es kann jeder auf das Grundstück. Wir haben auch immer wieder fremde Autos stehen sehen, oder Leute durchlaufen. Gegenüber hat es eine Baustelle, man hat aber nicht viel gehört. Ab und zu hat man Musik abends von einem Hotel in der Nähe gehört. Am letzten Abend wurde aber leider eingebrochen, nachdem wir bereits alle Sachen gepackt hatten und am Strand Abendessen gegangen waren, dabei wurde unser gesamter Schmuck und mehrere elektronische Geräte gestohlen. Sehr enttäuschend! Aber sonst haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

die Wohnung ist sehr geraümig, ein großer Garten mit vielen Gartenmöbeln, gute Matrazen und Duschen, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, super kurzer Weg zum Strand, 15 Min. nach Calvi.

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus "Le Sun". Die Lage ist super, Supermarkt und Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Hafen war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (15-20 min). Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich und auch im Garten lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten.

Netter korsischer Bungalow in großem urigen Garten
Das Haus ist sauber und großzügig, bietet viel Platz und bequeme Schlafmöglichkeiten. Alle Haushaltsgeräte waren in Ordnung. Betten waren gemacht, und Milch und Kekse zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Supermarkt gegenüber und nur ein paar Minuten zum sauberen, flachen Strand. Leider wurde auf der Baustelle gegenüber häufig gearbeitet, was den Aufenthalt draußen störte. Madame Orsini war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und half uns sogar in ihrer privaten Wohnung, wofür wir ihr sehr dankbar sind.

Maison idéalement située et propriétaires charmants
Nous avons passé un super séjour d'une semaine en famille (4 personnes) dans cette maison idéalement située, à 1mn à pied du Casino (on peut acheter pain frais et croissants tous les matins dans la boulangerie :) ), 2mn à pied de la plage, restos de plage, acrobranches et 10-15mn à pied du magnifique port de Calvi. Grand terrain où les enfants peuvent jouer. Accueil adorable et chaleureux de la famille Orsini qui nous a donné des conseils de visite et qui a équipé la maison avec tout le nécessaire (on a apprécié le canapé d'angle, les coussins moelleux et le plaid) et personnalisé la décoration. On s'y sent bien! Bravo à eux!

supertolle Lage, riesiger garten, nette Vermieterin
Der Garten ist riesig, grenzte zwar an eine Baustelle, aber diese störte nicht, da kein Baulärm. Auch die Nähe zum Supermarkt bzw zur Straße fiel akkustisch nicht auf. Obwohl das Grundstück nach vorne offen ist, gab es auch bei großem Andrang am Wochenende keine Störungen. und das beste ist: in 5 Min ist man am kilometerlangen Strand. Sowohl im Haus, als auch im Garten kann man sich wohl fühlen, die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet . Wir waren im July mit 2 Kindern (9+11 Jahre) und einem Hund da und können das Haus weiterempfehlen. Ein Auto brauchte man nur, um in die Berge zu gelangen. Auch die Vermieterin war supernett

La maison est très propre et fort bien équipée. Elle est très proche de la plage et des commerces. En revanche, l'environnement immédiat est très bruyant (route très passagère, travaux de construction d'un immeuble, ...); ce qui limite l'usage du jardin. C'est dommage car la propriétaire et son mari sont très serviables et font le maximum pour que le séjour soit une réussite : les petits problèmes sont réglés très rapidement.

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe (September 2017; 50 - 55 Jahre)
Wir waren Ende September zu viert Gast in dem kleinen Häuschen. Die Lage ist sehr gut; man erreicht Calvi zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten. Hierbei kann der Weg über den feinen Sandstrand (2 Min. entfernt) oder an der Straße entlang gewählt werden. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus wurde von den Besitzern gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Es verfügt über zwei schöne Duschbäder mit hervorragendem Wasserdruck. Sollte etwas fehlen, so steht Evelyn mit Rat und Tat auch hinsichtlich Ausflugszielen zur Verfügung. Für uns war es ideal, um die nördliche Hälfte Korsikas mit dem Cabrio zu erkunden oder einen erholsamen Strandtag bzw. Gartentag zu verbringen. Der große Garten bietet zahlreiche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, die auch abends zum Verweilen einladen. In der Nachsaison war nur noch von dem benachbarten Hotel die abendliche Tanzmusik zu vernehmen.

Perfect place!
Perfect house, perfect location, perfect host. Details already described by other guests. The house is clean, spacious, functional, the beautiful beach is 3 walking-minutes away, the village 10 walking minutes. Very nice owner. The only think I would suggest is a little larger bed in the master bedroom (full king-size bed would be nice) :)
