"This place right on Lake Superior was excellent for a winter getaway to the Keweenaw. Close to Calumet but still in the wilderness to feel isolated. Sauna onsite is excellent. Plenty of beds as well as a really nice master bedroom. Responsive host. Highly recommend!"

"Came up with my son and his two friends who are thinking about attending Michigan Tech. Was a beautiful place to stay and close to the college also went to Mt Bohemia to the Nordic Spa. Highly recommend. Everything we needed to cook and be comfortable during a snowstorm."

" if you need a place to stay and you have pets that come with you it’s a good place to stay! There is a fenced back yard (if there isn’t too much snow) which was awesome! The owners are very responsive and helpful! Little touches like having leashes and dog toys is cool, along with a welcome basket with popcorn and fresh cinnamon rolls from a local bakery was also great!
