This was a nicely appointed, charming apartment in a location close to the activities we enjoy. The apartment was very clean, the accommodations very comfortable and the proximity to local businesses is ideal. Communication from host was timely and clear. Calumet Stay
We loved the accommodations! Great location, easy access to downtown; everything is within walking distance. And the location was good for driving to Houghton/Hancock, Laurium and others. The house was exceptionally clean, and inviting. Will be returning there when we go back to Calumet!

Perfect getaway in the Keweenaw!
We loved the apartment! Very clean, comfy beds, and the perfect location for access to activities: beaches and rock hunting, copper mine tours, hiking and cross country skiing trails. There was no smell of fish since the nearby fish shop was closed. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved having the building to ourselves. Quiet Close to Mount Bohemia (30 min) furnished kitchen for small home meals. Cute property maybe 20 min from Houghton which had more entertainment as well Would stay again

I have stayed here twice and will very likely return next year. It is an older property, but not lacking in any way. The owner has been friendly and accommodating. It is secure and quiet.

This apartment is just what we like about VRBO - unique, functional space that was very comfortable and accommodating. Julie has done a great job with the decor and thoughtful touches. A great base for our day trips! Highly recommend!

Great location. The only things to consider are the stairs and the slight fish smell in the hallway, which has been mentioned in the other reviews. The smell does not seem to be noticeable in the apartment itself.
