"This is actually a house with three rooms available for rent. It is located out in the country right between Downtown Salento and the Valle de Cocora. It is ideal if you plan to travel to the Valle de Cocora for some horseback riding, not if you want to explore the city center of Salento. We lucked out because everybody checked out during the day we checked in; hence, we had the entire house to ourselves. Nice! Alvaro was the best host, breakfast was incredible and he accommodated that we were vegetarian and served us very well. The hotel is between Salento and Cocora Valley. He even dropped us to Cocora Valley and Salento later! Hiked from the hotel to the top of a hill and it was gorgeous! "

"The employees could not find the Hotels.com reservation when I checked-in. So I paid them directly. This continued for 6 days until they suddenly found the Hotels.com reservation and then expected me to pay again for the same 6 days. I refused so they kicked me out immediately and I had to scramble to find a place and get there with 0 notice."
