Appartamento in villa

The apartment is located 3 kilometers from the city in a green area. It is part of the recently renovated house. It has an independent entrance on the mezzanine floor. It is furnished with sobriety but taste and has all the comforts for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has a 160x200 double bed, bedside tables with night lamps, dresser, wardrobe and smart TV. In the adjacent room there is a modular kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare food (plates, glasses, cups, pots, mocha coffee maker. Appliances are available for use (refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle). An ancient sideboard and a table with chairs complete the furnishings of the kitchen. The private bathroom contains a toilet, sink with cabinet, bidet and a shower. All three rooms are equipped with radiators that work during the winter (for a fee per hour). The spaces around the house , the terraces, the garden and the gazebo are accessible to guests, especially during the beautiful days to enjoy the warm sun and the scent of flowers in complete tranquility. My wife and I will be available to our welcome guests during their stay in our house from 9am to 9pm.
