Excellent choice of property
7night stay was excellent,located 5 mins from town by car/taxi (€10) Living accommodation was fine with all amenities Pool was excellent and cleaned twice a week Local restaurants were cheap and provided first class food Only complaint was you’re required to vacate the property by 10am and they we’re knocking at the door at 08:30 to start cleaning. All in all a thoroughly nice vacation

Peace, privacy, pool and a perfect view.
The owner Teresa was there to greet us and we were made welcome from the start. We felt it was our home for a month. It was clean and everything was provided... including hand sanitiser and face masks (in case we didn't have our own). We felt very safe holidaying in Spain in this property. When we saw the view from the balcony it exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed that changing view from sunrise to sunset.

Lovely position....super Pool....clean & tidy.....TV a problem Very comfortable Beds & Furniture inside & out. Parking a bit tricky if using a Large vehicle. Host ( David ) was very helpful regarding most issues. Would be happy to return in future Anthony Brookes & Gang

theresa' s villa in Calpe
prperty was very well located,close to the sea and very nice surroundingbut yet not remote. Next supermarket 6 minutes by bike. The Villa was like shown in the internet. Only critic, no towels in the bathrooms. Theresa was a nice and friendly host.

We had a lovely family holiday, our grandsons loved the pool. View from first floor balcony excellent. No plastic cups provided for round the pool area , but was able to buy some from supermarket, with children felt these were important. Only 3 mugs provided, but cups and saucers, plates etc plentiful. Overall enjoyed the Villa/holiday

Things to note. Pool is on lower level accessed from the driveway. Towels are not provided and there is some noise from the road during the day. However. Great location, easy walk down to beach and bars, restaurants. Large pool with sun loungers. Some shaded areas. Fantastic views. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Despite the rain Very happy with our stay

Heel aangenaam huis in Calpe
Heel fijn huis om in te verblijven. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Groot zwembad met ligbedden en schaduwplekken, fijne loggia op de 1e verdieping met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee en de rots (Ifach). Ruime kamers met airco, horren en goede bedden. Top!

Amazing house in Calp
This house is everything the pictures show it to be! Location is great but the excellent layout, fully stocked kitchen and awesome swimming pool made our trip perfect! Highly recommend

Prachtig huis met zwembad en zeezicht
Heerlijke genoten van het zwembad met ruim terras voorzien van ligbedden. Keuken is van alles voorzien. Een auto is wel aan te raden. Veel leuke strandjes in de buurt. Oude stad is ook de moeite waard om heen te gaan. Olala was ons favorieten restarabt

Kiva huvila loistosijainnilla
Merinäköala, uima-allas ja kävelymatka rannalle, loistava yhdistelmä! Hyvät sängyt ja mainio grilli lisäsivät huvilan nautittavuutta. Kannattaa huomioida, että talo ei tarjoa mitään ekstraa, vaan kaikki mausteet suolasta lähtien, astianpesukoneen pesutabletit ja jopa roskapussit on hankittava itse. Vuodevaatteet on talon puolesta, pyyhkeet saa vuokrattua kysyttäessä. Vietimme ihanan viikon Calpessa, tähän taloon voisimme tulla uudestaakin.

Maison agréable et piscine incroyable !
Location de deux semaines. Maison agréable située à quelques centaines de mètres de la première crique et d'un sentier côtier (belles balades en perspective), mais en bord de route (circulation dense parfois). Bien qu'il faille sortir de la maison pour accéder à la piscine, cette contrainte est vite oubliée tant sa taille est plus que décente. Des soucis de filtre les deux derniers jours nous ont privé de baignade. Theresa est réactive et disponible. C'est agréable.

Fijn huis met prachtig zwembad en uitzicht
Fijne schone woning met adembenemend uitzicht. Heel fijn zwembad met goede ligstoelen. We hebben een hele fijne week gehad met ons gezin. Een aanrader.

Perfect villa and location
Perfect property, perfect place. Very clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave. The view each morning was just lovely. Asked for food and water to be left for arrival as it was the early hours and this wasn’t a problem. Will definitely book again. Thank you for the best stay!.

Me har hatt eit supert opphold. Det er gode solforhold ved bassenget, kort veg til ei lita strand og 3-4 restaurantar. Elles ca 15-20 min gange til matbutikk og hovudsentrum. Huseigar møtte oss for levering av nøkler og gjennomgang av huset. Ypperleg reinhald. Merk dykk at handklede og straum ikkje er inkludert.

Lovely place to stay
Very nice and well equipped house with fantastic views of the Mediterranean. A quiet area near Calpe, very friendly owners. The only downside is that you can not reach the pool, barbecue and washing machine directly from inside the house. We spent 6 wonderful weeks there.

Bien placée mais vieillotte
Maison bien placé mais peu pratique, en effet il faut sortir de la maison ( escalier extérieur, et porte fermée à clef pour accéder au lave linge et à la piscine !) Il manque un portail et une clôture d’accès. La maison est louée avec une télévision, mais aucune chaîne en français durant notre location ! Wifi très lent voire inexistant et sur un seul appareil ! Une bouteille d’eau fraîche dans le réfrigérateur aurait été la bienvenue à notre arrivée !

Semana en Calpe en familia
¡Lo mejor sin duda ha sido la piscina! Daba todo el día sol y el agua estaba a una temperatura perfecta. Contaba con suficientes hamacas, sillas y ducha en el exterior. El salón de la casa ni lo utilizamos. La terraza de la 1ª planta era muy amplia y la hemos dado un gran uso: desayunos, comidas y cenas; e incluso ratos de ocio al correr el aire bastante en esa zona (en la casa hacía mucho calor, aunque disponía de aire acondicionado). El supermercado a 3 minutos en coche y a escasos 5 minutos andando, se accede al paseo ecológico que une la zona con Calpe y Benissa. La única pega es que para ir a la zona de la piscina hay que salir de la vivienda por la puerta principal y entrar a la zona de la piscina por otra puerta. Una pena que no se pudiera acceder directamente (era necesario andar continuamente con las llaves de la vivienda). Lo mismo ocurría con la zona de la lavadora, que estaba fuera de la vivienda y si se quería poner, había que bajar de la casa con el cubo de la ropa. Como mejora: incluir un pequeño pack de productos de limpieza para la cocina (estropajo, bayeta, lavavajillas, etc) e incluso para la lavadora (nosotros por si acaso esto último habíamos llevado). El trato con la dueña ha sido excelente en todo momento y muy accesible a través del teléfono. No podemos valorar el trato con el profesional inmobiliario porque no lo hemos necesitado.
