Our building adjoins the Natural Park boundary. You can hike Ifach right out the back door! There are two swimming pools, one is outside for warmer weather and the other is an indoor heated pool for cooler weather along with the gym. The pools cannot be guaranteed to be open. One garage parking spot is available with the apartment at no additional cost. Video cameras are at the building gates, lobby, garage, and a Ring doorbell in the hallway. No cameras are in the apartment. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Three grocery stores are within 1.6 km (1 mile). There is a Super Dragon store downstairs with toiletries, beach items, clothing, souvenirs, toys, and much more.
