The house has been carefully designed to provide comfort and convenience, with 2 spacious and bright bedrooms, a living room with comfortable double sofa bed furnished with attention to detail. In addition, the house has a bathroom, a neat kitchen, balcony and a spacious roof terrace with the most spectacular views.

Imagine waking up in the morning in the comfortable bedrooms, ready to greet the day with the warm rays of the rising sun. Casa Sunrise is all about embracing the day and making lasting memories. The balcony invites you to enjoy pleasant family moments, whether having breakfast together or enjoying a quiet afternoon with the panoramic views over the residential area filled with palm trees and other greenery on the left and the city center of Calpe on the right!

The park also offers a beautiful swimming pool complex equipped with a total of 7 swimming pools, including three swimming pools that flow into each other, a special children's pool with slides and a separate swimming pool that is open all year round.

The town is only 2 - 3 km away. An alternation of peace and bustle is therefore easy to achieve. A rental car is not essential for your stay here, but is still recommended to fully enjoy all that Calpe and the surrounding area have to offer.

Nice appartment with a big pool- landscape
It was a nice stay in Calpe. The Casa Sunrise has a perfect view towards the Ifach at the beach. What we did not know was, that the appartment complex did belong to a Hotel that closed some time ago. The appartment itself is nice, new renovated, clean and air conditioned (necessary in summer!!!).
