After staying at another resort recently it was refreshing to not be charged for pool towels and mini golf and golden hour cocktails with live music around the pool really creates a great atmosphere. I have two suggestions if the TV in the room was smart we could have logged into Netflix for quiet times. The local pub has kids meals for $3 cheaper than the resort and it comes with a drink...

"There was a problem with the Air Conditioner. I understand these things can happen, but when I reported it to the person,she knew what was happening. So in other words, the problem had been experienced before. The advice from management was to not use the A/C after they had inspected it. There was no offer to shift us to another room, and if there was an existing fault with the A/C before we arrived why wasn't it repaired."
