Beautiful 125 m2 family house with 4 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, on the Costa Brava. Cozy house with 3 floors and a large garden terrace. All rooms have wardrobes and chests with drawers for storage, the windows have completely new aluminum closings for good insulation. One of the rooms is with bunk beds for children / people that do not exceed 80kg. From the dining room you can enjoy the views of the terrace leaving a totally unique and very pleasant space. The kitchen is completely renovated and open to the dining room. It is equipped with induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, nespresso machine and complete menage. Iron and ironing board, along with washing machine. We have free wifi. The urbanization offers a communal pool with a children's area and an adult area, and a garden area for the little ones with a swing, ideal for families with children looking for relaxation and disconnection. Completely safe area and only a 7min walk from the best beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, you can also enjoy the round road where you can travel the entire coast, for lovers of hiking.

Unfortunate sewer odor
At first we were happy with the condo but an increasingly terrible sewer smell soon made the second floor bathroom unusable. We had to keep the door shut and use only the third floor bathroom. No amount of air freshener would have helped. This canceled most of our enjoyment. Call a plumber!

Excellent stay on the Costa Brava
This place was a great base for us (4 adults and 4 children) for our week in Calonge. The location meant we could walk to the beach, and the courtyard that backed onto the pool meant we had many lovely meals and evenings at home. Would recommend.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und das Preis - / Leistungsverhältnis passt sehr gut. Alles ist gut mit dem Fahrrad oder teilweise zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikationen mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Wonderful stay on the Costa Brava
Wondeful stay. Sant Antoni de Calonge is perfect- not too touristy or kitschy but with plenty of restaurants and shops. This property is located a short walk to the beach and the Cami de Ronda. It's also convenient for biking, walking, or driving to the supermarkets. The property itself was nice. It was clean, comfortable, and airy. The pool and patio offer a nice place to relax. The owners were responsive, helpful, and kind. We would highly recommend the town and this property. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Casa muy bien localizada, en una zona tranquila y muy cerca de playa y calas. Lo mejor de la casa la planta baja zona comedor y jardin, con amplia mesa. Cocina reformada y muy bien equipada.

Emplacement proche de la plage
Maison confortable proche de la plage. La maison est située devant une route très passante nous ne pouvons pas dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes heureusement qu’il y avait un ventilateur. Ia cuisine est pratique mais manque un micro onde et une cafetière. La piscine de la résidence est pratique. Pour les français le réseau est plus que moyen et le wifi est pas assez puissant pour 5 personnes connectés dessus.

Ubicación perfecta. Se trata de una urbanización que dispone de zonas comunitarias y a la vez conserva la privacidad de cada casa y su jardín particular. Caminando se accede a las calas mas bonitas. La casa: cocina y comedor muy cómodos y terraza/jardín muy agradable, habitaciones amplias. La zona permite el descanso y el turismo. La atención de Judith ha sido impecable, es una persona honesta y comprometida. Muchas gracias, familia! Hemos estado muy agusto.
