Beautiful villa, private garden & heated pool, AC in bedrooms, WIFI

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the beautiful villa La Gallega enjoys an elevated position on the wooded slopes of Cabaynes. The garden is peaceful, private and a lovely area in which to unwind by the pool. The private heated, pool (9m by 4m) is surrounded by extensive terracing and sun loungers are provided. For convenience there is an outside WC and hot/cold shower. For summer dining there is a purpose built barbecue area. There is also a convenient and comfortable outside dining area adjoining the villa, near to the kitchen and living areas. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite facilities and sleeps a maximum of 8 people. La Gallega is a 3 minute drive from the small, medieval town of Calonge, where restaurants and shops can be found. The villa is also close to the fishing town of Palamos and St. Antoni de Calonge which both offer a wide range of amenities and attractions. The villa offers a peaceful retreat with access to a range of activities to suit all holidaymakers. From summer 2013 internet access is available.

Perfect Villa
Lovely spacious villa. Extremely comfortable. 2 en suite bedrooms. Great views. Nice terrace to breakfast and take dinner on. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic pool well used by all. Quiet neighbourhood. Well situated for day trips to Girona. Pals also highly recommended. Kids loved the excellent WiFi!

We waren erg tevreden over de villa. Alles mooi schoon en goede bedden. Alleen jammer dat we Savonds niet buiten konden zitten ivm de hoeveelheid muggen. Genoeg ook daarvoor was voorradig Id villa. Maar dat is het enige punt wat we jammer vonden

La villa etait belle, propre et totalement fonctio nnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, la terrasse et le coin barbecue. L'agence a été très réactive pourun problème avec la piscine, rapidement résolu. Rein atzdirz!

Une très belle maison
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette très belle maison pleine de charme. La vue depuis la terrasse est très agréable et la climatisation dans les chambres est très appréciable. Le trajet en voiture pour aller à la plage est assez court (n'hésitez pas à aller jusqu'à la plage Cala Cap Roig qui est magnifique) et il y a quelques visites sympas à faire dans le coin (en particulier le village de Pals). Les seuls inconvénients ont été les fourmis (mais ça doit être pareil dans toutes les maisons de la région) et une coupure d'eau pendant 24h (je ne sais pas si c'est fréquent ou si on n'a pas eu de chance...).

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Villa, sehr gut ausgestattet, in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermietung verlief professionell mit nettem, zuverlässigen Kontakt zur Vermieterin und einem Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe und auch zum Strand fährt man nur wenige Minuten. Allerdings braucht man auf alle Fälle ein Auto. Wir waren absolut glücklich und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt...gerne kommen wir wieder

Super schöne Villa netter Kontakt
Die Villa machte sofort einen einladenden und sauberen Eindruck. Sie ist komplett ausgerüstet incl. Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern. Kleiner Nachteil war die zu geringe Beschattung auf der Terrasse. Ansonsten haben wir uns extrem gut aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt und können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr gut!
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Villenviertel und bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht. Leider ist man dadurch komplett auf das Auto angewiesen, man kann nichts zu Fuß erreichen bzw. unternehmen kann. Der Pool und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Pool ist großartig und es waren auch ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöbel für 8 Personen. Uns fehlte ein Schattenbereich auf der Terrasse, da diese von morgens bis abends voll in der Sonne stand. Eine elektrisch ausfahrbare Markise ist leider etwas zu klein um genug Schatten zu spenden. Für uns 4 Sterne und empfehlenswert.

Spanish idyll
Great villa in great location. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding with lovely walks and calas to discover on the coast. Highly recommend the Via Ferrata experience about 20 minutes away on the coast.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Villenviertel und bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht. Der Garten, der Pool und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt und werden regelmässig gereinigt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, AC in den Schlafzimmern und eine gut ausgestatte Küche und Badezimmer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe reichlich. Hervorheben möchten wir den reibungslosen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir konnten uns mit unseren Anliegen jederzeit an sie wenden und erhielten immer sofort eine Antwort (besonders jetzt, während der Corona-Krise, stand sie uns immer für Fragen zur Verfügung). Auch vor Ort lief der Kontakt mit der Agentur reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

Uitstekend verblijf met het gezin gehad, top zwembad en goed schoon en erg ruime kamers!!
Enorm genoten van de woning, kinderen en wij hebben genoten van het zwembad. erg ruime kamers met voldoende ruimte met 7 personen. Goed ontvangen en fijne uitleg over het huis. Alleen maar tips want het huis verdient een dikke tien, hygiene top in orde en het huis heeft alles wat je wenst. De tip is wat extra handdoeken met een kleiner formaat om makkelijk even te douchen en de nieuwe afval dienst wat beter uitleggen maar dit is echt een tip omdat dit net een nieuwe service was in de wijk. Zoek je een huis met alles erop en eraan dan zou ik dit huis boeken. Perfect in orde een echte aanrader!!!!!! vriendelijke groeten Familie de Boer

Sehr erholsamer Familienurlaub
in diesem Haus fehlt es einem an nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In dem Pool hatten unsere Nichten und Neffen sehr viel Spass. Es waren auch ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöbel für 8 Personen. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr geplegt und ruhig gelegen. Der "Bär" steppt ca 5km weiter im Nachbarort.

Perfect for a family
Fantastic property, great location, and the pool is lovely (heating is an absolute boon for out of season!). There's lots of options if you have kids, with two double rooms, a twin room and a bunk room. The house is clean and really well appointed, and a great base for exploring the area. We spent a fantastic week there in May, and have already re-booked for October.

Yet another memorable holiday
Four of us have just spent a most enjoyable Autumn holiday in La Gallega. although we took this holiday in late October, the weather was exceptionally good with warm and sunny days. The villa has a heated pool which even at this time of year allowed us to swim on most days and enjoy a barbecue at lunchtime. This was not our first holiday here because La Gallega offers very comfortable accommodation in a lovely location. We all enjoy walking and its a perfect base from which to go on some spectacular hikes. Whilst here we also managed some retail therapy in nearby Plaja D'Aro which has good clothes shops and tempting places to dine at. We said goodbye to La Gallega with some sadness and returned to the cold UK, but we are all looking forward to returning in 2017
