My recommendation would be for the owners of the property to work with the people in the surrounding communtity to clean-up the town of Cayara so that the stay is better and the townspeople receive the benefits of having more guests. Clean up around the property and the town, have somo trashcans around the town so that there is no waste all over Cayara. "
