Villa Ticka - Comfy villa with heated pool

This large, fully equipped contemporary villa welcomes you to Provence for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

2 km from the center of the village of Callas, you are halfway between the seaside (and therefore protected from the crowds) and the hills of the Var where you can practice many nature activities. A little further away, the Verdon Park and its famous canyons and lavender fields are also a must. Without forgetting the vineyards and olive oil mills.

The garden is completely enclosed and the swimming pool is heated and secure, you can enjoy swimming from spring until October (depending on the weather).

Inside, the large living room with fully equipped and open kitchen opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool, allowing you to enjoy the inside-outside life that we love so much in the South throughout your stay. Office space is available if you need to work.

You also have 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The whole house is air-conditioned and of course a wi-fi connection is at your disposal.

Sheets and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival.

In addition, we offer numerous à la carte services to facilitate and enhance your stay: transfers, breakfasts, welcome dinner, in-home chef, massages and beauty treatments at home, organization of tourist circuits, etc. Details of all these optional services will be given to you in the welcome booklet.

Belle villa dans un quartier très calme
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances avec nos amis dans cette villa très bien équipée et située dans un quartier très tranquille de Callas. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Ticka. Le logement est impeccable tant sur le plan de la propreté que sur le plan de l’équipement. La piscine est un vrai avantage, le coin est très calme. De plus, la personne avec qui nous étions en contact (Valérie) est joignable, très réactive, sympathique et arrangeante; que demander de plus ? A réserver sans hésitations pour des vacances paisibles.

Beautiful house
We had a lovely stay. The house is big, spacious, everything is there. The pool is very nice and clean. The only thing is that sometimes the pool was a little bit chilly for a heated pool. We stayed with 6 people and 2 children the house was perfect for us all. The house has a good location to go places.

We hebben genoten van ons weekje in Callas! Het huisje staat mooi in het groen tussen de olijfbomen, ruime parking voor 2 grote auto's die je kan afsluiten en veel privacy. Zwembad... zalig! En heel proper! De hangmat onder de olijfboom zullen we missen in België, kon je zalig in weg dommelen. Genoeg ligzetels voor de verblijvers. Keuken helemaal uitgerust, 2 frigo's en een ruime diepvriezer met dit warme weer zijn een pluspunt. Iedere ruimte zijn eigen airco.. ruime badkamer, zelfs 2. Handdoeken service is super, 1tje voor bij het zwembad en set van 2 en washand voor de badkamer. We hebben iedere dag buitengegeten ... bbq fantastiche.. omgeving waar het huis gelegen is, ook mooi tussen de wijngaarden. Lekkere restaurantjes, topper La Grupie vriendelijk, lekker, niet duur en prachtig uitzicht. Olijfoliemolen en wijn domein leuk om eens te bezoeken, als ook de lokale marktjes. Ik kan nog zoveel meer vertellen maar we hebben van alles genoten. Een top keuze!

Un endroit où il fait bon vivre
Une maison bien pensée, spacieuse et très agréable où tout est prévu pour y passer un excellent séjour. Les 4 chambres, 2 salles d’eau sont très confortables et pratiques, le séjour bien agencé. Enfin le jardin et la piscine sont parfaitement aménagés pour y trouver son bonheur du matin au soir; que vous cherchiez le soleil ou l’ombre. Merci pour la réactivité du propriétaire à toute demande. Nous recommandons vivement !

Tout était parfait ! L hôte répond très rapidement en cas de questions et Valérie qui fait l accueil et la sortie est très sympathique et aidante. La maison est propre, bien équipée et bien agencée rien à réduire! Nous y avons séjourné à 8: 4 ADULTES ET 4 enfants de 3 à 9 ans et il y avait tout le nécessaire pour eux.

Voilà une belle villa située aux abords d' un beau village et dont les atouts vous procurent le bien-être auquel vous rêviez pour vos vacances. Et tout d' abord, nous tenons à remercier Monsieur Denat de nous avoir confié sa belle maison de vacances. La piscine avec sa partie facile d' accès aux petits enfants, la climatisation dans toutes les pièces, un frigidaire accueillant😉, une écoute attentive aux besoins de ses locataires, font de cette villa un endroit chaleureux , un vrai "comme chez soi"! Sans oublier l' accueil chaleureux par Valérie à qui l' on doit aussi la propreté des lieux! Merci!

Wir haben mit zwei Familien unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht und hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und alle Fragen sind beantwortet worden. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Highlight war der beheizbare Pool direkt vor dem Haus, an dem wir alle unsere Freude hatten, insbesondere die Kinder. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
