Lovely cosy village pub. Nice if small bedroom but with en-suite. Very clean, good evening meal (for guests only) and good breakfast. Friendly owners Mark and Audrey are moving but the pub is staying open with new people.
Had.a lovely stay Audrey and Mark were lovely so welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean nice comfy bed. We had our little dog Maudie with us there was treats for her at breakfast. The only regret was we didn’t have dinner there we went to Callander and the road was so dark next time we will have dinner there
Really friendly staff. Only problem is the choice of food for dinner as they currently do not have a chef but the breakfast was really good. Wish them luck in getting the staff situation sorted like so many hotels in uK
Very friendly and welcoming, great big breakfast, and an interesting selection of real ales, that I unfortunately didn't have time to try.
Left on the Sunday morning, and were given a run back into Callander, great service.
Recommended.
Friendly staff very accommodating and attentive, warm, cosy and welcoming environment. Food was really lovely too. Would recommend and we will be back to visit again!
