Feel the stress melt away the minute you pull into the driveway of this cute as a button beachside pad. Located just one street from the sandy white shores of the postcard perfect waters of Callala beach.

Enjoy a stroll along the pristine shores of Jervis Bay, take a swim in the crystal clear water, paddle a Kayak, throw in a fishing line or just watch the resident pod of dolphins at play. This is a lifestyle property for all of the family to enjoy.

The living area is open plan in design and incorporates the fully appointed kitchen. A large sliding door opens onto the spacious outdoor deck covered by a shade cloth, where you can BBQ and watch the kids play in the enormous backyard providing effortless indoor/outdoor living, taking full advantage of the north facing position.

There are four bedrooms in total. Comfortably sleeps 10 people.

BEDROOM 1 comprises a kind bed, built in wardrobe and wall mounted T.V

BEDROOM 2 comprises a queen bed and built in wardrobe

BEDROOM 3 comprises 2 sets of single bunk beds

BEDROOM 4 comprises a set of single bunk beds

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Bed linen is provided for all beds. Bath mats and hand towels are provided for both bathrooms as well as a bath towel per person. One large luxurious beach towel is also provided per person. Tea towels are also provided.

BATHROOM 1 - full bathroom including toilet, shower, bath tub & vanity

BATHROOM 2 - toilet and shower only, shared in laundry

Wi-Fi is also available to guests.

Relaxing and comfortable home, plenty of space, even with 7 travellers. Quiet and convenient location within walking distance to the beach. Centrally located to Jervis Bay. Definitely would stay again.

A very good holiday option for a large family and friends gathering. Located in Callala Bay close to beach, river and bike tracks. The house is comfortable with large living area, well-equipped kitchen, fenced yard for dogs.

John’s place was above and beyond our expectations. The house is fully equipped with anything you’ll need away from home and has a lovely outdoor area for kids to enjoy and play when not at the beach. We appreciated all the baby items as a cot and high chair, as well as board games and ping pong table. We loved the fresh and clean smell of the towels and linen. We will hopefully be back soon!
