"My husband and I needed a place to stay near family for Christmas, along with our (adult) niece and nephew, and our dog. Clark's house had plenty of room for all of us! We so appreciated the warm welcome we found when we arrived: bacon, eggs and bread for breakfast, and a local liquor to unwind after the drive! There was even a cute Christmas tree to get us in the holiday mood. Thank you, Clark! We will definitely be back! "

"Family really enjoyed all of the different themes in each room. The game room was a hit! The hosts were wonderful and responsive. We were given a tour of the home on arrival, and they were quick to bring extra lighting during an unexpected power outage. We did not realize that there is also a tiny guest house on the back of the property that is available to book, and our host was able to give that guest a quick tour of the big house also. "House is well styled and very clean. Only bathroom is accessed theough a bedroom upstairs. Not enough towels for 6 people. No amenities as I've found in previous rentals such as no: hair dryer, shampoo, shower soap. Not enough linens for 6 people to sleep. Pull out couch, but no sheets or blankets. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage! The home was well kept and clean. We utilized the spacious kitchen for cooking meals and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was the highlight! It was in good working order and hot when we arrived. The host even topped off the water for us during our stay upon our request! The cottage was conveniently located to Ohiopyle and the towns close by. We also loved that it was dog friendly and would definitely recommend!"
