"We stayed during a very hot month of July but once we got the A/C and fans going it was more tolerable. The home was so adorable and super clean. Felt like we were glamping with the exterior amenities of camping and interior amenities of home. Very happy with this quaint and cozy place."

"-Very unsafe feeling when you first arrive, you will pass by neighboring properties with lots of junk piles in the yards...think movie "Wrong turn" -Surroundings are very unmaintained with lots of tall dry brush weeds -There were snakes near the covered patio, we couldnt even use the area which happened to be the highlight of why we chose this house"

"Zimm Meadows was the perfect place to gather. Lots of indoor and outdoor space for socializing and playing games. The location is paw perfect for the four-legged friends too. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property."

"The cottage was decorated with excellent taste, and equipped with everything we needed. Host was very gracious (via text amd email) including reaching out with an offer to supply cold weather gear when it snowed unexpectedly. Nice grace notes included extra blankets, excellent heating/ac (not that we needed the ac, but the system was nice), an adorable vintage-look fridge/freezer, and a welcome package that truly made us feel like guests."

"Nice new place. House was really hot inside upon arrival, took hours to cool down. Shower did not work properly, hot to cold over and over without turning the handle. Mattress and pillows extremely firm, extremely uncomfortable in our opinion. We left a day early as we needed a comfy bed and nice shower. No response in regard to credit for the inconvenience. "

"We enjoyed this Alta Sierra retreat getaway with our sons and grandson. It was peaceful and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the cabin was easy to find. Brianna and Cody were responsive to our questions."

"This was the perfect quarantine vacation! Literally 4 miles down the road from Cedar Breaks. There was almost no one around, so we had no trouble social distancing. The kitchen was amply stocked and perfect for our needs. We would totally stay here again."
