DO NOT BOOK ONLINE!!! They will say they have rooms available or that they do not accept online bookings. We booked online before we seen the reviews. I called to ask & was told they have no rooms. I had to contact hotels.com to switch to another booking.

I got here to check in and was told they were full and didn't accept online bookings. That i had booked the day beforehand so ended up having to spend more money to go somewhere else to stay for the evening then had no money left for food.just luck enough to have enough gas left to make it back home.

Doesn't accept Internet payments. That's why it took 1 hour to get room. Lot water in refrigerator. Dirty countertop . No peace of soup. Shampoo. Toilet was clean. Ledy on front desk wsd tires, but was pleasant and did everything to solve problems. There were barking dogs in cages nexi door room.

Do not I repeat do not book this hotel online. We paid online we get there and they tell us online payments aren't accepted that if we wanted a room we have to pay again in cash. Honestly this place looks more like a place where people live and not rent a hotel room. This place will take online reservations but do not pay for them in advance based on all the other reviews and my personal experiences I would highly recommend finding something else honestly sleeping in a car in the middle of winter with no gas would be better than this place.

Horrible little motel
I arrived and the lady at the desk said they have no rooms. I explained that I had a confirmation from Hotels.com; she said they don't know why Hotels.com books rooms for the hotel, they don't get paid by Hotels.com and I need to go somewhere else. This was okay with me because the place was an absolute dump. Think cigarette smoke stink everywhere, grime, trash, etc. Thankfully Hotels.com refunded my money.

While the lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating, the rooms themselves were horrendous! No shower curtain, a shared cable box had to be hunted down, curtains barely hanging over the windows. Just a nasty place and we decided to go find other accommodations.

Made a reservation online but when I got there couldn't check in due to the lady at the front desk saying they don't take reservations online and she couldn't do anything to help me check in or get my money back that I would have to call a number she gave me to get my money back.
