House with good views and good sun all day. The house is located in one of the best places of the parish. It has two bedrooms, living room / kitchen and two bathrooms, with capacity for 6 people. Access to the house is in a lane, 2 minutes walk. Outside there is a barbecue, a toilet, a large garden for sunbathing and the swimming pool. The house is on a hill so it has a fantastic view over the ocean and the Arco da Calheta. Absolute tranquility. Come and spend a pleasant vacation in CASA SOL AND VISTA.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Unser erster Urlaub auf Madeira war wunderschön. Casa Sol e Vista war genau die richtige Wahl! Ein unglaublicher Ausblick auf das Meer und auch die Berge, ein herrlicher, gepflegter Garten und ein toller Pool (konnten wir selbst im Dezember nutzen!), ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus (alles da, was man braucht), eine gemütliche Outdoorküche (wir haben leckeren Fisch und Fleisch gegrillt) und viel Ruhe! Alle Ausflugsziele sind gut zu erreichen. Wir danken Duarte und seiner Frau sehr für ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Besonders haben wir uns natürlich über den Wein, die Eier und die Früchte gefreut. Die Bananen sind fantastisch! Alles Gute für die ganze Familie und schöne Weihnachten!

Great stay
My wife and I and another couple stayed with Duarte. We were very happy with our stay and the location was great for us. Many restaurants in the waterfront area. Duarte was a great host and responded very quickly to messages. A car is a definite requirement for Madeira and Duartes place gave us a perfect launching point. We would definitely stay there again.

Der Gastgeber ist super zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort das es ihm wichtig ist, dass seine Gäste zufrieden sind und einen bestmöglichen Aufenthalt haben. Das Haus lässt ebenso keine Wünsche offen. Super sauber und schön! Der Ausblick den man hat, ist jedesmal wenn man aufsteht wunderschön. Alles in einem eine Top Unterkunft, wo es einem an nichts fehlt. Jede Bewertung hier kann ich komplett nachvollziehen. Ich denke mal es war nicht das letzte mal, dass ich dort war.

Geweldige accommodatie
Wat een fantastische plek om hier je vakantie door te brengen. Mooi gelegen op een berg en je kijkt heerlijk naar de zee en je hoort helemaal geen lawaai. Alleen maar rust en ruimte om je heen.

Tolles Haus, superschöne Lage und Aussicht
Wir haben 2 Wochen das tolle Haus mit der einzigartigen Aussicht aufs Meer genossen. Alle positiven Bewertungen können wir bestätigen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles blitzblank sauber und Duarte und Vanessa sind ausgesprochen sympathische Vermieter. Urlaub in Madeira im Oktober 2023
Wir verlebten knapp zwei Wochen in einer tollen Unterkunft, immer versorgt mit frischen Bananen und Eiern vom Vermieter in Arco da Calheta. Das Ferienhaus ist schön gelegen mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Wir können es jederzeit und gerne weiterempfehlen.

The property was excellent and the owner was very helpful, I would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing private holiday. The only thing I would advise is that the accommodation is away from the road and would not be suitable for infirm visitors.

Fantastisch!
Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatten Haus mit einer fantastischen Aussicht verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich nicht weit von einem guten Strand und von den mehreren schönen Ausflugszielen in den Bergen. Die Küche und der Grillplatz mit Terrasse waren mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Pool mit extra Dusche und Toilette draußen hat eine fantastische Aussicht. Duarte mit seiner Familie sind sehr gute, nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für guten Wein, Eier, Bananen, Kartoffel, Zwiebel!!! Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Madeira sehr genossen und möchten definitiv wieder kommen.

A magnificent view and a very hospitable host
We loved the place we stayed at…very clean with lots of space..very true to the listing…Host is amazing and helps in every possible way to make your stay enjoyable. One cannot expect a more stunning view from both bedrooms and of course from the patio/swimming pool area. We made use of the outdoor fireplace, (which was enclosed) nearly every night and that was where we had our dinners….wood for the fire was plenty and all there for us to use..we would definitely like to come back for another stay in the near future

Amazing stay
Perfect host, friendly check in and great communication from start. Location was great and so peaceful. Quiet clean and really pleasant. All facilities were up to standards and rooms were comfortable and airy. The location almost isolated makes It a perfect getaway.
