The house

Our generous house, whether you're traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, has space for everyone. You'll find three comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a huge living room perfect for relaxation.

Sun terraces: Spend relaxing hours on our sun terraces, ideal for reading, sunbathing, or simply dreaming.

Culinary Delights: In the large, modern kitchen, you'll find everything you need to cook: a stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The outdoor area features a barbecue area – perfect for cozy BBQ evenings.

Hot Tub: Relax in the wood-heated hot tub and enjoy the wonderful sea view. All you have to do is buy some wood from the supermarket and bring a bit of time and love for the fire. Please note that during the winter months, the heating process takes significantly longer, and the final water temperature may be lower compared to the summer months.

Shared Property:

The villa's entry area is shared with another house on the same property. The entry passes through part of the terrace of the other house.

You can enjoy your own private terrace with an outdoor BBQ and a secluded idyllic garden equipped with sun beds.

Other things to note
Due to a construction site on the neighboring property, bookings are granted with a 10% discount on the original price as compensation for the inconvenience that may occur during the stay.
The discount is already included in the stated accommodation price. Access to the accommodation is not affected.
