"Nice clean room with balcony. All rooms have a Cabo Verde singer’s name instead of a number which is nice to learn more culture about the country. Good breakfast served on the rooftop. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Though my Expedia reservation reads "One Adult", I don't know why it reads one adult as I was travelling with my wife and made the booking writing our names (two names) boldly (i.e. Reservation for "A" & "B" on the reservation form), so it is clear that the reservation is for two people, even thought "one adult" is showing somewhere else on the form, which could have been an error. At least Expedia and the hotel reviewed the form and didn't point out that the form reads "one adult" but two names were provided to be the guests at the hotel. The reservation showing my name and my wife's name was confirmed by both the hotel and Expedia. I informed the hotel that my wife will be arriving a day before me. When I arrived at the hotel a day after my wife's arrival, the hotel insisted I have to pay for my stay separately making two payments for us as a couple and that otherwise I cannot check in. I reserved one room for us as a couple, and the hotel is asking me to pay per head. I have never witnessed this in my life. The hotel charged me double payments for our stay for the number of days that we stayed there. That was very dubious and fraudulent behaviour on the part of the hotel.A BIG FRAUD. I am demanding an immediate refund of my extra one person payment or Expedia should refund the payment I made to it.The hotel actually told me to contact Expedia and collect my money. Once that is done, that will correct the double payment made by me. Expedia,please do the needful. Thank you."

"You get what you pay for! Really convenient and the staff were so helpful with the breakfast option and even notified our tour guide that we went out to eat. Do not expect nor compare it to any Holiday Inn or Marriott because, it is not. A place to get some shut eye and even provided a hairdryer for my wife! Book it, coz we did. Thank you!"

"Really good stay. We had a very big room, clean, comfortable and with air conditioner. Reception really kind, friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi, tips and recommendation and we felt in really good hands. Very central position in Praia, a nice walk away from the beach and the restaurant"

"Very nice little hotel, conveniently situated a short walk from the centre. Staff are lovely, breakfast good, the gardens are beautiful and the little pool is great. Could have done with a fridge in the room but that's just a minor complaint, we enjoyed our stay."
