"Hotel has great facilities, room was nice, location excellent. However with few clients and missing services it was below average. Examples - no hot showers on 3 days, no pool towels for 2 days, snack menu not available, pool bar unmanned."

Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay at Santa Cruz Boutique Hotel. Staff are helpful and pleasant, and the hotel is new and nicely decorated. Mindelo is a small city, and it's very easy to walk anywhere in the centre from the hotel."
