"Somewhat grand house with a lot of character. Nice view of the garden to the hills and river just outside. Spacious room and bathroom. Everything worked well. Ouffa (the host) was gracious and friendly. Easy and pretty walk into the nearby small town."

"The house is well equipped and spacious with lots of room to spread out and come together. We used the location to explore the region and had easy access to Sarlat, Beynac, Castelnaud, Domme etc. Highlight was a kayak trip on the Dordogne river past castles and beautiful villages. Also a day in Montignac to see Lascaux. We enjoyed the well marked hiking trials that left right from the house. "We stayed at the property for our wedding recently and had 40 people in total attending the wedding, with 30 staying on site at both the chateau and gites. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the wedding was wonderful. The area is very pretty but pretty isolated. The chateau and gites are beautifully decorated and fully furnished. "For the price I paid I was VERY Happy with Résidence Lagrange Vacances Le Clos des Vignes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to the park / beach . We ate out most of the time but everything appeared to be within the apartment for those who eat in. Furniture a bit jaded, but again for what I paid for it I can't complain. Would definitely return.
