They kept saying they waiting for the engineer but we were there for a week and no sign of an engineer. "The flat was in a 4th floor with no lift. No aircon or heater. We did not have toilet roll neither. The apartment had hair from the other guest in the floors and the bathroom. Communication with the team was good and the staff very friendly. "
