"We stayed at this property for 9 days and had an incredible experience. It was my son’s first spring break, a much needed vacation for my father, and a surprise proposal all wrapped in one. "The property owner (Daniel) is in constant communication with you. From the beginning to the last minute, Mirma and Mauricio treat you like family! When it came time to leave we didn't want to leave. Mirma is an amazing cook and she was able to accommodate all of our daughter's food allergies without any trouble AND not sacrificing flavors. "It was a pretty good stay. Quito is going through some power outages (due to the drought), so we had power off a lot of the time we were there at the property. But that's not necessarily the owner's fault -- everyone in Quito is getting their energy cut right now. Overall, it was a good deal, located up in a relatively safe area (in the financial district). I'm not sure I'll ever be in Quito again, but I'd definitely consider staying here again if I did. ~Jon"
