Perfect for a family vacation or a couples retreat due to its seclusion, this beautiful beachfront house has everything you need for your next tropical getaway. Its proximity to the beach and a short drive from a mangrove swamp means you'll often see animals such as raccoons and small crabs thriving, which is sure to delight nature enthusiasts. Tivives is a port and bay located in the canton of Esparza on the Southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica in Puntarenas Province about five miles south of Caldera, and less than an hour from San José. The port town has a great sportsfishing platform and a spectacular silver-colored beach. The beach features a point break that breaks to the left and right in a gnarly fashion at a river mouth over a sandy bottom. The area is under the protection of the government so it is largely undeveloped.

Playa Herradura's beaches, Los Sueños Golf Club, and fishing opportunities are all a short drive from this home. The heart of Jacó is further, with the famous shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Pastor Diaz Avenue.

This beach home features a private secure gate, beautiful gardens with palm trees, a full kitchen, and an open living room with high ceilings and a TV. Enjoy your days in the private outdoor pool and furnished patio just a few steps from your exclusive entrance to the lovely sandy beach of Tivives. This oasis is perfect for working from home. Costa Rica summer break
We really loved this property. We enjoyed the way the house incorporated the outside spaces and garden. The pool was a winner as we were not sure about swimming in the sea because of warning post on crocs. Thank you to the owner for letting us use this property. We hope to be back sometime in the future. Pura Vida!!

The most beautiful beach front property I have ever experienced!
The lay out, well kept, clean and truly beautiful nature of thi property will create memories to least a lifetime. The owner is wonderful and teh cleaners, property managers were so personable asnd helpful. They are flexible and very generous with their guests. You will not regret your decision to stay here. A friendly tip - there is a place called, ‘Restaurant Linda’ at the start of the street. The proprietor will help you with the delivery of groceries, etc. O make your stay more convenient and pleasant. Treats yourself to a little slice of Heaven and stay at this beautiful property!
