Die Wohnung war genial, geräumig, hell und alles vorhanden, bis auf Espresso Tassen und Korkenzieher 😉! Die Gegend wunderschön, die Lage eher unruhig durch Strasse und Mendelbahn

Moderne FeWo mit tollem Ausblick
Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und gut gelegen, sodass wir uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Allerdings gibt es einige Kritikpunkte: Direkt am Haus verläuft eine Straße, was teilweise störend war. Im Sommer ist es in der Wohnung sehr warm, da sie nicht klimatisiert ist. Außerdem wirkt die Wohnung in der Realität kleiner als auf den Fotos. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit."

Moderne, geräumige Wohnung in schöner Umgebung
War alles wirklich top! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles relativ neu, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Betten sind bequem, Sauberkeit top! Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: morgens etwas laut, da schön früh Traktoren, Busse und Autos an auf der Straße nebenan durchfahren. Aber man kann ja die Fenster schließen, dann ist es OK.

Heerlijk appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken met eigen parkeerplaats in een prachtige groene omgeving. Openbaar vervoer inclusief funicolare op een paar meter afstand. Prachtig uitzicht op bergen en de vallei. Zeer fijne ervaring!

Kurz Tripp nach Kaltern am See
Die Ferien Wohnung ist super gut gelegen, man hat einen Parkplatz vor der Türe und die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock. Es gibt in Kaltern im Dorf Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Videotheken und Geschäfte. Restaurants gibt es zur Saison auch genügend um gut Essen zu gehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist leider nicht sonderlich bequem zum sitzen und die nähe zur Mendelbahn und der Zufahrtsstraße dorthin hört man auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Die Einrichtung in der Wohnung war von guter Qualität, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielleicht sollte man noch erwähnen das die Endreinigung und Ortstaxe noch vor Ort bezahlt werden muss, was nixht explizit in der Anzeige beschrieben war.

tolle Ferienwohnung in Kaltern
Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in Kaltern. Die Ferienwohnung war top, es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Kalterer Dorfkern und die umliegenden Berge war wunderschön. Frische Brötchen gab es täglich direkt nebenan in der Bäckerei in der Mendelbahnstation. In der ersten Woche ging es vor allem an den Kalterer See, da wir superschönes Wetter hatten. In der zweiten Woche haben wir Ausflüge nach Bozen und Meran gemacht, sind mit der Mendelbahn gefahren und haben eine schöne Wanderung gemacht. Die Lokalitäten in Kaltern und Umgebung waren durchweg empfehlenswert.

Bewertung des Ferienappartments
Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage zum Ort war super, da wir zu Fuß nur 10 min gebraucht haben. Die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir hätten uns noch über eine Mikrowelle gefreut. Ansonsten super Balkone und gute Betten

Saubere und sehr moderne Fewo
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Herrliche Sicht vom Balkon auf die Berge und der freundliche Bäcker ist gleich bei der Mendelbahn. Die Fewo ist sehr modern eingerichtet und das Kochen macht Spaß, da es im Wohnbereich integriert ist . Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass bei einem Schlafzimmer gleich die Straße ist und ab 6:00 Uhr es recht laut wird.
