Villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a superb sea view.
Weekly summer rental of a waterfront villa (with small independent beach) in Ancona (Calcatoggio) - 30 minutes from Ajaccio to the north (Gulf of Sagone).

Single storey villa (157 m2) fully air-conditioned and heated for 6 to 8 people 1km from the magnificent Liscia beach. Close to all trade and nautical and mountain activities.

Including:
- 1 large main room living / dining room / fitted American kitchen (fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, island, lots of storage, large table for 10 people, 1 real sofa bed comfort, 2 independent armchairs and a large flat screen TV + Freeview).

- 1 saddler / laundry room with cumulus, washing machine, clothes lines and storage.

- 2 large bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed and 2 independent bathrooms (walk-in shower in one and large bath / shower in the other).

- 1 large bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm and independent bathroom (walk-in shower). Possibility of adding a 90 cm bed or a baby bed).

- 1 independent WC + water point.

- 2 covered terraces (100 m2), one with sea view.

- Fenced plot of 4,000 m2 with private parking, flower garden, furnished outdoor area (tables, chairs, sun loungers, armchairs, parasols) and direct access to a small beach.

- Barbecue + plancha

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location
The location of this villa was fantastic - views over the sea were stunning and being able to walk to the small, pebble cove at the end of the property was such a bonus. Sunsets from here were beautiful! The villa itself was immaculate and had everything that you could need. The area nice and quiet, but with lovely beaches and restaurants within a short distance. Ein perfekter Urlaub im Paradies
Um alles niederzuschreiben, was positiv war, wird der Platz vermutlich nicht reichen. Also fangen wir mit dem an, was negativ war: absolut nichts. Wenn wir jetzt die positiven "big points" kurz aufzählen sollen, dann ist da sicherlich die atemberaubende Lage des Ferienhauses und seine Vollausstattung auf oberstem Niveau zu erwähnen. Unser Gastgeber hat am Anreisetag geduldig auf uns gewartet und uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen - trotz deutlicher Verspätung. Vielen Dank dafür! Seine Tipps und Hinweise zur Insel und zur näheren und weiteren Ungebung waren sehr hilfreich, vor allem auch die Gastro-Tipps!! Merci beaucoup, Nicolas! Wir haben das Haus auch als Basislager zur Erkundung der Westküste von Ajaccio bis nach Osani genutzt. Je nach Vorlieben ist sowohl Badeurlaub (wenn auch eher nicht der "klassische" Strandurlaub), als auch Kultur- und Aktivurlaub möglich. Wir hatten alles drei. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das Dorf Cargèse mit seinem Fischerhafen und guten Restaurants, Bars und Kneipen. Von dort haben wir einen geführten, halbtägigen Bootsausflug (4h) unternommen. Absolute Wucht!! Und ja, Korsika. Wir waren das erste Mal dort und alle, die schon einmal da waren, hatten uns vorgewarnt: Suchtpotential immens! Können wir bestätigen. Wir wären fast nicht mehr nach Hause zurück... Zusammenfassung: sofort buchen, Gastfreundschaft von Nicolas, sein Haus, die paradiesische Lage und die Insel genießen.

Une semaine en tête à tête avec la mer
Nous avons choisi cette villa en lisant les commentaires et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Beaucoup d'espace dans la maison et aux alentours. Beaucoup de calme. Descendre à la mer dans la petite crique ( nous avions prévu des chaussures de plage qui facilitent l'entrée dans l'eau ) est très facile et vous ne rencontrerez personne. Nage ou pmt ont occupé nos loisirs. Geais de bonne heure, canadairs un peu plus tard et coucher de soleil ( quand la mer est démontée c'est magnifique mais restez prudents!). La villa est très propre, récente et très bien équipée. Traversez la route, très calme, pour manger à l'auberge d'Ancone. Les hôtes sont charmants. Ils ont pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions avec enthousiasme.

Absolut tolles Haus, top Küchenausrüstung. Modern und trotzdem sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Sonnenuntergänge begeisterten jedesmal aufs Neue. Privater Meereszugang, Strandschuhe nicht vergessen. Gutes Restaurant fussläufig erreichbar. Auto erforderlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Well-equipped, spacious house with beautiful vista
We (my wife, our daughter and I) had a fantastic time at Nicolas' beautiful villa. It was very spacious, impeccably clean and it amazed us with its beautiful vista of the sea. We found the kitchen to be really well-equipped. The same is true for the house in general. Whenever we needed anything, we found it in one of the many cupboards and drawers. Nicolas was also really friendly, easy to reach, fast to respond, and generally very helpful. We can definitely recommend the place and would book it again.

Séjour exceptionnel et inoubliable
La villa est vraiment très agréable. Propreté, espace, equipements, tranquillité, vue sur la mer avec couchers de soleil de la grande terrasse, accès à une crique privée pour se baigner seul, rien à dire. Nous avons vécu 2 semaines dans une région magnifique très bien située. Notre hôte Nicolas nous a très bien conseillé sur les commerces, restaurants et lieux à visiter. Je recommande cette villa et vous verrez, vous passerez un moment inoubliable.

Traumhafter und ruhiger Urlaub direkt am Meer
Wir haben im Haus der Familie Campinchi einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wer das Meer und Natur liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Magique !
Villa magnifique dans un cadre de rêve à 5 minutes d'une belle plage de sable fin et accès direct à la crique privée. Top ! Super bien équipée - il ne manque rien ! Accueil chaleureux, Nicolas est de très bon conseil. On n'hésitera pas à revenir.

Toute la famille a apprécié ce séjour. La maison est parfaite, très bien équipée, propre et confortable. Les prestations sont de qualité. C’est calme, ressourçant et la maison respecte l’environnement privilégié de sa situation. Les couchers de soleil sont à couper le souffle et la petite crique attenante est paradisiaque. Il y a beaucoup d’activités à faire autour de la maison (il faut néanmoins une voiture ), des restos sympas. Il ne manque rien!

Satisfaction totale!
Maison face à la mer, vastes espaces intérieurs, lumière, confort...Outre la proximité de la mer, au bout du jardin, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la configuration des lieux de cette belle maison, qui préserve l'intimité tout en offrant une grande pièce de vie ouverte sur une longue terrasse surplombant la mer. Rien ne manque, ni à la cuisine, ni au salon, ni même dans la buanderie. La défaillance de la connexion de la télévision a été résolue dès le lendemain matin. Oui, une maison à recommander chaleureusement pour elle-même mais aussi pour son environnement.
