Some advice/notes if you're staying here - make sure they have your phone number for checkin, as you have to call a number to get through the gates. If not, just call their main number and ask, someone picked up right away and opened the gate for us! We primarily came for the European Athletics Championships at the Stadio Olimpico and it took us about a 25 minute walk although there are lots of buses from here too and to the city centre. So good transport nearby. The accommodation was traditional and elegant. The breakfast was adequate but basic but hot drinks available self service in the breakfast room.
