"Good value for family of 4. Make sure to reserve parking right after booking. A bus stop is also on the same block. The owner was reponsive. Only con was the overpowering smell of incense in the room. "

"Booked this property on the basis of other reviews...spot on. 15 minute walk to the Stadio Olympico but with easy public transport into Rome city centre and plenty of great bars and restaurants etc on the doorstep "

"Good property however pool was out of use for 2 of the days we stayed, walls thin so could hear everything in the rooms next door and there is not much in the area other than one restaurant next door and a small train station Breakfast was good just enough for what you need for breakfast Catered to dietry needs well too! "Nice hotel and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good , lots of choices. The hotel is a little isolated which was ok for us. We walked to some of the main attractions and the desk staff were able to direct us to some good restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are a little dated and in need of some upgrades."

"This was a beautiful property on top of a hill in a quite neighborhood that offered minimal dining & shopping all within a 5-10 minute walk from the complex. The staff was very pleasant & eager to assist with any needs - the food was good and the room was beautiful with a gorgeous view (our room was center of the hotel overlooking the pool & garden and the city of Rome in the distance). I would stay here everytime!"

"The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our bags on our final day free of charge. The pool is included with the stay and is lovely. September is a perfect time of year to visit as it’s out of tourist season, the weather is still great and it’s not too difficult to travel. You can buy a 3 day transport pass for all transport and there’s a bus stop directly outside of the hotel which we used a lot. Also all of the city wonder tours to Pompeii are about a 15 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo and the drop off point is 10 mins. Would recommend. There aren’t too many restaurants nearby the hotel in a short walk, but you can take the bus anywhere you want so it wasn’t a problem for us."

"Kudos for all the staff, from the reception desk to the breakfast and room attendants. Giovanni, Daniel, Georgia, Aliseo, Boyet, Christopher, Christian, Jun, Jackie, Jen, Adriana. They were helplful and friendly right off the bat. The hotel itself is well kept and maintained. TV programs should have English translations. Bus trans, shopping and plaza are within walking distances. Lively @ night. Everybody walks."
