Ottima posizione e un bel appartamento con possibilità di colazione e cena all'aperto, una meraviglia! Interni curati nei dettagli con spazi adeguati e la comodità di un doppio bagno. Gentilezza e disponibilità di Marco che ci ha accolto all'arrivo nella prima settimana di settembre. Abbiamo uno splendido ricordo, grazie!

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit 2 Badezimmern. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Terrasse war perfekt für unseren Sohn zum Spielen. Der Strand ist etwas weiter entfernt. Es hat uns sehr gefallen! Vielen Dank!

Casa molto curata, pulita e funzionale.
Casa molto curata, pulita e funzionale. Favorevole la posizione. A piedi si può raggiungere la spiaggia di Sottotorre e Salina ( circa 10/15 minuti). Rimane indispensabile l'uso della macchina, sia per la spesa e sia per raggiungere tutte le altre spiagge dell'Isola di Sant'Antioco.

Villetta carina e ottima posizione
La villetta di Cinzia è ben curata e in buona posizione tranquilla ma vicina al paese e alla spiaggia. Consiglio per la proprietaria: mettere box doccia e installare aria condizionata nella zona notte ( nei giorni molto caldi estivi le camere non sono fresche). Grazie Cinzia per tutto ! A presto!

Vacanza Calasetta 2018
Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa della signora Cinzia. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, disposta su due piani, offre tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole e confortevole vacanza. La spiagge più vicine sono a 10 minuti di strada a piedi, così come il centro del paese. La proprietaria, pur se non presente, è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Bellissima casa molto curata
La villetta è in una via silenziosa, è molto bella e ben arredata, adatta a famiglie con bambini visto l'ampio cortile chiuso da un cancelletto. Si trova a 5/10 minuti dalle spiagge. La dotazione della casa è ottima, i due bagni e la doccia fuori molto comodi. Speriamo di tornare! Francesca

Bellissima e molto curata
Bellissima casa, molto curata e ben arredata. Adatta anche a famiglie con bambini visto il cortile esterno ampio e chiuso da un cancelletto. La dotazione della casa è ottima, i due bagni e la doccia fuori comodissima. Speriamo di tornare! Francesca

Una villetta perfetta!
La villetta a schiera offerta da Cinzia e’ stata sensazionale. Munita di tutti i comfort e arredata con molto gusto ci e’ piaciuta subito. Comoda, spaziosa, funzionale, fornita di tutto l’occorrente e con ben due bagni e una doccia esterna che abbiamo utilizzato tantissimo. Le camera da letto sono arredate perfettamente, molto luminose e con un balcone esterno superiore comodissimo. Il giardino e’ spazioso e ben curato e rende piacevole mangiare all’aperto. Inoltra, la villetta e’ locata in una posizione tranquilla e a circa 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di Sottotorre, ma anche la spiaggie le Saline si puo’ raggiungere facilmente a piedi. E’ stata una vacanza molto gradevole e i riposi notturni sono stati perfetti visto che la casa e’ locata in una zona silenziosa e rilassante. Cinzia e’ stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. La consigliamo assolutamente a tutti quelli che desiderano avere una piacevole vacanza nella bellissima Calasetta. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cinzia!

Posizione strategica, casa confortevole
Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni in questa casa. È disposta su due piani, ben arredata, spaziosa, pulita e con un piacevole cortiletto, il tutto molto accogliente. La spiaggia si trova a 10/15 minuti a piedi ed è davvero bella. Luogo perfetto per rilassarsi lontani dal caos stile riviera romagnola. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e attenta alle esigenze.

Una casa perfetta in un posto meraviglioso
Non sono solito scrivere le recensioni ma questa volta lo faccio volentieri.Ho soggiornato dal 16 agosto per una settimana in questa casa.L'alloggio si trova vicinissimo alla spiaggia delle saline che è indubbiamente la più incantevole a Calasetta.Disposta su due piani e praticamente nuova è arredata con semplicità ma con gusto.Pulitissima e funzionale e dotata di ogni comfort.Il giardino davanti è bello grande(le foto non gli rendono giustizia) e per una coppia con bambino è veramente l'ideale.La proprietaria(la signora Cinzia)non solo è estremamente cordiale e disponibile ma cerca sempre di esaudire ogni più piccola richiesta.Insomma sarebbe stata una vacanza bella per il posto meraviglioso,ma la casa ha reso la vacanza non solo bella ma addirettura stupenda!!Grazie signora Cinzia!!!

una dolce casetta vicino ad un mare cristallino
Mi sono sentita perfettamente a mio agio. Nell'arredo della casa e nel suo allestimento si colgono le attenzioni della proprietaria nel rendere confortevole il nostro soggiorno. La casa è spaziosa e luminosa, appartata e tranquilla, davvero comoda. La cucina con la struttura in muratura è ben attrezzata e agevole. Ci sono le attrezzature per la parte esterna , tavolo,sedie , sdraio e barbecue. In due minuti di auto si va in spiaggia e in 10 minuti tranquilli si arriva a piedi. Il mare di Calasetta è trasparente e pulito. Insomma , si sta proprio bene, cerco di ritornare ogni anno!

tranquillità e natura
Abbiamo trascorso in questo nuovo villino due settimane davdero piacevoli con le nostre bambine piccole. La casa era pulita, arredata semplicemente ma con gusto, funzionale, spaziosa e dotata di tutto quello che serve ed anzi di più. La proprietaria è seria, cordiale e disponibile.
