Dreamlike holiday home

The beautiful villa is located in a quiet hillside with sea views, about 7 minutes walk from the center of Calasetta. The nearest beach is within walking distance on a private road in about 10 minutes, by car in 5 minutes. The fine sandy beach of the Spiaggia Salina, which falls gently into the crystal clear water, is ideal for small children. All three bedrooms have air conditioning that cools down on hot days. In addition to the two full bathrooms, visitors can enjoy an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A particular highlight of the Villa Polygala is its outdoor kitchen, from which you can watch the sunset over the sea while cooking under the open sky.

Calasetta is a pretty, grown port town with about 2700 inhabitants and is located in the southwest of Sardinia on an offshore island, Sant'Antioco, which is connected by a causeway to the main island, and therefore easy to reach by car.
Once a week in the port area there is a large market where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, honey, peccorino and more.
In the 3 supermarkets, at the bakery, butcher and in the fish shops, which are within walking distance from the house, you will find everything your heart desires. There is also a cantina and a wine shop in the village, where you can buy excellent Sardinian wine. Restaurants and pizzerias complete the cityscape.

Urlaubsfeeling pur
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit zwei Terrassen, eine davon uneinsehbar. Kleiner Garten mit Sonnendeck, Küche draußen und Aussendusche. Die Siedlung, in der das Haus liegt ist sehr ruhig, nur 10 Geh-Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und wir konnten sofort vom Alltag abschalten. Für Extrem-Relaxer sehr empfehlenswert.

Séjour Calasetta
Belle découverte du sud de la Sardaigne. Calasetta en juillet est très agréable. La maison est confortable et conforme à l'annonce, bien équipée en cuisine. Nous avons laissé un parasol pour les suivants. Qqs équipements pour la plage auraient été les bienvenus.

Villa bellissima x 6 persone vicina alla spiaggia Saline (10minuti a piedi). 4 minuti in macchina dal centro paese. Zona residenziale tranquilla. Pulita e ricchissima di accessori di ogni tipo. Condizionatori nelle 3 stanze ottimi. BBQ e doppio spazio x mangiare fuori. I gestori Alex e Silvia carinissimi e precisi/attenti. Chiedete a Alex x gite e mezzi. Top! Assolutamente consigliata.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet , sehr sauber und die Übergaben bei der Anreise und Abreise waren sehr professionell und korrekt. Calasetta, un village simple et authentique loin des hordes de touristes
La région est très agréable pour qui recherche le calme et la simplicité. Pas de grosses infrastructures, les deux petites villes: San Antioco et Calasetta sont agréables. Quelques magasins pour du shopping et un tout petit marché à San Antioco le mardi matin et un autre encore plus petit à Calasetta le mercredi. Quelques bons restaurants: La Perla et le Ca Taborka. Tout y est délicieux: les pâtes, le poisson, les desserts. Les différentes plages de l'ile permettent de varier les plaisirs. Mais il faut une voiture, sinon il ne reste que les plages proches de Calasetta... Nos préférées sont celles de Coaquaddus et Cala Lunga. La maison de Calasetta est parfaite avec ses deux terrasses. Les deux chambres en sous-sol sont agréables quand il fait trop chaud, il ne faut juste pas être trop claustrophobe.La grande chambre du rez est top. La maison est super bien équipée, il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner: ustensiles divers, machines, ... et la cuisine extérieure permet de concocter d'excellentes recettes et de faire des grillades.

Entspannter und komfortabler Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung
Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen: die drei Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, es gibt zwei Bäder und zusätzlich eine Außendusche, zwei Terrassen, Grillplatz und eine Außenküche. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist hervorragend, ebenso die Möblierung und die Einrichtung allgemein. Die Betten sind bequem und groß. Alle Bett-, Bad- und Küchenwäsche ist in guter Qualität vorhanden. Der Garten ist schön bepflanzt und bietet Kräuterbeet und Zitronenbaum zur Mitnutzung. Das WLAN ist einwandfrei. Die Verwalterin (Gabi) ist Deutsche und erklärt alles sehr gut. Es standen Wein und Wasser als Begrüßung bereit. Im Hochsommer sollte man mit einer Nachzahlung für Strom rechnen, da die inklusiven 50kWh/Woche wegen der Klimaanlagen nicht ganz ausreichen. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel oberhalb des Salina Strandes, der fußläufig erreichbar ist (15min). Wir sind ob der großen Hitze allerdings meist mit dem Auto gefahren. Alle Strände in der Umgebung verfügen über weichen Sand und traumhaft klares und sauberes Wasser. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist ruhig (mal abgesehen von bellenden Hunden) und sehr sicher. Calasetta bietet ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, allerdings spart man bei Lidl (Sant Antioco, 15min mit dem Auto) eine Menge Geld. Unser Lieblingsrestaurant war 'Nord Ovest'; die hatten gute Qualität und angemessene Preise bei ordentlichen Portionen und freundlicher Bedienung.

Das perfekte Haus

Wir sind rundum zufrieden
Das Haus ist umfassend ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt: In der Küche findet man alle notwendigen und schönen Dinge, um sich kulinarisch gut zu versorgen und das mediterane Potenzial Sardiniens und Sant' Antiocos zu nutzen. Zudem findet man viele Möglichkeiten zu Aktivitäten in kürzerer oder weiterer Entfernung, sei es an Land oder auf dem Wasser. Dennoch ist man im ruhigen Teil der Insel und nicht in den - zumindest im Sommer - sehr stark bevölkerten Küstenstreifen im Nordosten. Zuletzt sei noch der gute und hilfreiche Kontakt zum Vermieter hervorgehoben, der bei diversen Fragen in der Planung und Vorbereitung, aber auch vor Ort stets schnell erreichbar und bereits war, Unterstützung zu geben.

Super vacances à Calasetta !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison très propre et très très bien équipée. Les propriétaires et la personne qui nous a accueillis ont été charmants et réactifs ; même s'ils ne parlent qu'allemand ou italien nous avons réussi à nous comprendre. La maison est très confortable, clim dans les chambres, machines à laver la vaisselle et le linge avec lessive fournie, vaisselle en quantité et diversité très appréciables et propreté impeccable. Je déconseille cependant si vous avez de jeunes enfants car vous craindrez sans doute de casser ou tacher quelque chose... La location est bien placée sur l'Ile de Sant' Antioco ; plusieurs très belles plages ou criques, du monde à cette saison mais pas trop difficile de se garer. Le village de Calasetta est aussi très agréable, un peu touristique mais pas trop, authentique. Par contre il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer car la maison est assez loin du cœur de village (et le chemin pour y aller bien escarpé !) et des plages (sauf si on aime marcher, compter environ 1/4 minimum et la plage la plus proche est bondée à cette époque). Ne comptez pas trop également sur la vue sur mer depuis la maison, qui disparaît maintenant derrière la végétation ; très agréable petit jardin cependant. Des voisins très proches (maisons accolées), qui peuvent être parfois un peu bruyants (mais c'est l'Italie, cela fait partie du folklore !...). En bref un très bon séjour qui donne envie de revenir tant il y a de beaux sites à visiter en Sardaigne et que les gens sont très accueillants.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt, alles vorhanden, supernette Gastgeber, besser geht nicht!
Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern sehr herzlich mit einer Flasche sardischem Wein begrüßt, das schnuckelige Haus war perfekt eingerichtet. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. An den kalten Abenden war im Haus ein Pelletofen vorhanden. Das Haus war sehr sauber, also alles bestens 👍 Gerne wieder
