"My Wife and I stayed at the Acron for twelve nights in Jan 25 - we received first class service from the moment we arrived - Latifah and her team were on hand to answer all our enquiries - Housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient - we ate at the restaurant many times and the food was delicious - big shout out to Rouland and Mukesh who were humorous and engaging whilst maintaining a professional service - further shout out to Rajesh who looked after us at the pool - we are delighted to fully recommend this resort and indeed we eagerly await our return trip(s) - thank you - Mike and Amanda from UK "

"I had a great stay and would recommend this place; however, we were initially allocated a room that had a strong cigarette smell, so we had to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room also had a foul odor, reminiscent of cigarettes. Additionally, there was a strange bleach smell throughout our entire stay, which may be related to the cleaning products used. On a positive note, the staff were very polite and friendly, and room service was excellent. The room itself was airy, spacious, and modern, including the bathroom. The hotel is located in a fantastic area. I would consider returning, but only if there are no unpleasant smells in the room. Overall, my stay was great."
