"Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le personnel en est très agréable et souriant, quel plaisir ! Chambre propre et correcte, à part la douche vraiment petite. Le fameux waterparI est juste en face à pieds, génial pour les enfants. La piscine et les installations sont top. La partie repas également : nous avons bien mangé toute la semaine pour du all inclusive c’est plus que correct."

"This is a lower category hotel in the Melia chain, near 3* not the 4* and above we have stayed in previously and expected. The room was basic but had all amenities and the large bed was comfortable. General areas and pools were good amenities but the standard of cleanliness everywhere was low. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant, salad bar, breakfast cereals and cold food was decent. "Absolutely beautiful hotel! Food was great, pools were stunning and staff were lovely. The most peaceful and relaxing hotel I have stayed in. Definitely want to return here!! Parking at hotel is free so highly recommend a car to travel around. We did this and it was definitely worth it as there are beautiful places to see on the island and great restaurants. FANTASTIC!"

"Quick two night to enjoy a different part of the the island. It's a slightly dated and quirky hotel with friendly staff and great breakfasts. The gardens are a good feature but could use a bit of attention. The pools are not big but are pleasant, though can be crowded around. The spa is good but the pool isn't for swimming. All told, a lovely stay. Room was very good."

"We stayed in a premium room for 3 nights. It was good value and had a fridge which was very welcome. It was clean and quiet with a nice balcony. Bed was fairly comfortable though not the best. Daily maid service was very good. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent with gourmet options. Parking wasn't too bad, round the block. Only slight disappointment were the patchy internet and lack of UK TV channels."

"Fantastic weekend getaway! Staff are truly friendly and professional and were able to help us with everything we needed for the weekend! Britanny at the Lago hotel side was so friendly with recommendations as well! The only downside is the state of the spa, which i was disappointed in the condition. It needs maintenance and upgrading. "Really nice hotel, family really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good quality (omelette station and fresh pastries personal favourites) , food at bar not over priced and good quality and location was perfect (close to many restaurants and beach not far). The property is in an excellent location, quiet neighbourhood and just a short walk to beach/shops/water park/marina etc. The property itself had just about everything we needed for the week and the pool was great......we could alternate between relaxing days at the villa & exploring different places.
