"Fantastic hotel. Great customer service and away from the busy centre of San Pedro. Lacked some amenities such as a fridge and television but not really an issue as we were out everyday for activities. The external approach needs paving but this maybe done later as an extension seems in progress. The restaurant really does not match the standard of the hotel. There is limited choice for vegetarians and vegans other than Pasta or Salad. Similarly, the breakfast has limited hot food options. "

"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. We ran into issues with our rental car the day we picked it up in Calama. Juliette was so amazing and spoke to the rental and towing folks for us; later there were two other gentleman from the front desk who also had conversations with the rental/ tow folks for us. He also helped me get a taxi to the airport the day we were leaving. The property is pretty basic, but clean and the food is also basic, but the customer service from Juliette and team was exceptional!!"

"5 stars considering the price. The rooms are tiny, which I'm guessing is the difference between the Budget and regular Ibis. But if you don't mind being somewhat cramped for a night or two, this place is clean and has everything you'd expect from a fine chain hotel."
