"The one positive, view from the top room. No security to doors; broken locks. The mosquito cover over bed with holes I tried to repair with tape the mosquitoes marked my entire body all over and still suffering the itch and the red marks on my skin still visible. No hot water for shower in disrepair with giant holes, no privacy, no shower head. No internet. Photos with beach are misleading the beach is not walking distance as shown in pictures you must take a taxi and pay entrance fee. When...

"A perfect place to stay in the jungle for a couple nights. I wouldn’t stay any longer than that, as there is nothing to do but chill or go to Tayrona park. Wifi only works in common areas. Free water bottle refill station. Delicious and cheap home style meals (amazing vegetarian/vegan upon request). Easy to get to from Santa Marta, ask the bus driver to stop in front of the hostel. Owner is so kind. "

"Great location. Comfortable. Needs a bit more character. Maybe some inexpensive wall art and plants. The ones there are in pretty bad shape. Mary and Viviana, our hostesses are very kind, sweet, caring. Guided us and provided useful tips . Mary did recommend we go to a local eatery: Beer Garden where we were totally ignored to the point we walked out. Not her fault though. "The reception was fast , room was large and very clean . Breakfast was excellent , service was very good . Beautiful pool clean and plenty of chairs . Very relaxing atmosphere. Close to the beach , nice ocean and safe . Walking distance to Good restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel "
