"Insane, everything was incredible we literally could not fault it. Close to San an we walked in some days, or a short 5 minute drive, taxis available all the time. Ideally located close to Pikes. Toni was so helpful and accommodating. The villa is something else very traditional. We loved every second. Even though the weather didn’t provide it didn’t matter as everything was perfect. Can’t wait to visit again "

"A wonderful stay with 5 adults and 1 toddler. Very hot at midday during August but plenty of shade and space inside the villa to keep a toddler happy and occupied during peak hours. Aircon good and we all slept well. Upper floors couldn't hear toddler crying at night if woke up. Kitchen very well equipped and we cooked meals at the villa every day. Pool and garden lovely, comfortable and relaxing. Great BBQ/grill area. The area is small, easy to access. Beach is relaxed and really family...

"The house is stunning and property is beautiful. Check-in was easy and communication with the property manager was always great. It is located on a super quiet street, which is perfect if you are looking for privacy and seclusion and being able to hear nature's sounds. "Lovely house with lots of outdoor seating areas although we mainly used the roof terrace which had great views of the sunset. As we were here in October it was really quiet. The pool is shared (which I hadn’t realised) and although not far didn’t have many sun beds so didn’t use it. Perfect place to stay with friends"

"this was our first annual cousins trip and the house and location made it the most amazing trip we could have hoped for. The pictures of the pool do now do it justice. "Stunning villa with absolutely breathtaking views especially from the pool side! Just a few minutes from Es Torrent beach , close to all top restaurants and clubs. The villa is stunning and so spacious, it had everything we needed and everything was new and sparkly. Regina was a great house manager and made our stay very special. "The villa had excellent and plenty of outside space. The inside was cramped for 8 people with 6 people having to share one bathroom between 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom having a very small en-suite. The kitchen appliances were unfortunately very cheap and of not good quality to feed 10 people on a daily basis. Also the television was well over 10 years old It wouldn’t really take much to replace these items every year for guests to enjoy the Villa to its true potential "

"The villa was very clean when we got there. All the sheets in the beds were clean and comfortable. The views by the pool are amazing and the sunsets are magnificent. "Very well located, property is well locked after and matches description, youll find all you need to have a few days off with ease and confort. The owner is very conunicative and caring being flexible and accomodating your needs as possible. Parking in the area can complicated at some times.. the area is great, quete than other busier places in Ibiza, the view and water at the bay are stupendous, with great sunset views.
