"The room didn’t look like the photos. The upgraded room did. The sheets had stains on them and the rooms were not as clean as they should be. Had to request new sheets twice. In the upgraded room the shower head holder was broken and hanging, and there was whole in the tile. The front desk staff was amazing though! They are the only reason I’m not giving lower reviews. They all helped me as best they could. "

"Stayed in a twin room - newly renovated which was nice to see after being wary of other rooms. Comfy beds, 12pm check out, powerful shower and ideal location. Pool was spot on and overall no complaints. Only thing is there was no fridge (2 star hotel and we bought new drinks each day from the shop so weren’t bothered) and the bar was a bit expensive but would stay again!"

"A perfect spot in Santa Eulalia! Quiet at night, clean, nice pool, super lovely staff! My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower but it’s not the end of the world :) Loved all the staff and it’s a great value in a small village. "

"My stay was pleasant the staff was amazing friendly except when we was leaving on the Thursday morning of the 18th the morning desk staff was not helpful in anyway just a lot of miss communication however the evening staff the blondes was great and very helpful throughout our stay my kids love it."

"My wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even the basic room we booked exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, had a balcony with a great view, and felt comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool and direct access to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and quality options to start the day right. What impressed us the most was how all these premium features and services came at such a reasonable and fair price for a 5-star property. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Ibiza with comfort, class, and great value."
