"I found this to be a very chilled out hotel. We had a superior room which was nice and spacious. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were polite and professional. Only downside I would say is there didn’t seem to be any lifts, I had to carry my bag up 3 flights of stairs and there was no offer of help to do this. I did think the pool bar menu was slightly limited too. "

"The food was the best part really, but the staff were also extremely helpful and above and beyond friendly. Close enough to the beach, the water taxi, restaurants, shops and on the quiet side of the bay."

"Travelled here as part of a group of friends/couples. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially the lady that ran the breakfast and lunch service. The grounds and site the hotel sits in are stunning and is a huge contrast to the nearby San Antonio. The rooms weren’t huge and didn’t have a tonne of privacy but these were minor details. Would highly recommend "

"The rooms toilets need upgrade. The rooms are basic but good, reception is good. Breakfast also does it part."

"Not worthy for the money at all . It looks like they don’t even change mattress and duvet after cleaning .. we had worst time and no one responded properly. "

"Property is in an ideal location and in good decorative order. Obtaining details about entry were hampered by the language barrier. The listing said WIFI but there was none. The listing said DVD player but it did not work. For a family of four we had two glasses for our stay and four plastic cups to drink from. The air conditioning is only in the sitting room."

"We loved this resort. We booked a seaview suite and the views from the balcony were amazing. The room was very clean and spacious. The pools, food/drinks, and service were excellent. I recommend booking a suite and the all-inclusive for a truly luxury feeling vacation."

"Stayed here two nights. Staff was great and very helpful. I initially booked three nights thru Expedia but had to change it to two and both helped me make the change (I didn’t want to cancel and rebook and not be able to since it was sold out when I needed to change my rsvp). Location is easy 20 min walk to town or 12 euro and 6 min cab ride. Pool was nice but usually cold. Room was clean and location was safe and easy to get to. Would def stay again!"
