"The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly."

There is a 2 mile+. poorly maintained road that you need to take to arrive. Once you reach the house it is 57, steep steps to walk down to the house. You will get a workout staying here. "The property had a fantastic view. It was very quiet, comfortable and relaxing. It had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The beach club swimming and view was spectacular even though it was closed for the season. Emmanuela gave us some extra supplies for our visit. The place was a bit hard to find but Emmanuela was very good with directions. She was also very helpful with recommendations in the area. We would return if we get a chance!"
