"Everything about this cottage was stellar, the views, the amenities, the location. We were disappointed at the surrounding property has been impacted by drought or other neglect, so the vineyards were dead, and the olive trees under stress. The club and pool were never promised, but we hoped they might be available to us. Ocean access was via a rough path and very limited.
