"Wir durften fast 6 Wochen in Frau Ridkys wundervoller Finca Son Fanc verbringen. Gemeinsam mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn hatten wir eine tolle Familienzeit. Die Finca liegt bei Son Carrió und damit nur ca. 10 Autominuten von Cala Millor entfernt. Zum Spazieren gehen ist die Lage nicht ideal, da die Straße recht viel befahren wird. Son Fanc hat alles was macht braucht. Ein sehr großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer (eins mit angrenzendem Bad), 2.Bad und eine tolle Terrasse, die...

"As the title says really. Cannot fault it. Alcudia is a thirty minute walk but there are bicycles at the property for a faster journey to get groceries. There is a swimming spot nearby, ten mins walk, but it is not a sandy beach, but it is very quiet. For a sandy beach you'd have to drive really or an hours walk."

"The house was just right for the two of us. We loved the solarium and dipping pool and the location in the heart of Arta was just what we were looking for."

"Pictures are pretty much bang on for what you get when you arrive. A couple of days into the holiday we had an issue with the dishwasher which stopped working. I rang the number given in the welcome pack and explained the issue. 2 hours later we had someone at the property and it was back up and running. "We had a very good stay, the house was super clean, well located and the host provided us with fruits and water at our arrival…very nice gesture. The location is perfect with all kind of accommodations close by. The only small negative comment if you are planning on dining outdoor, the bar on the other side of the of the lake is a bit loud and open every night of the week. "

"Lovely big rooms with loads of light. Black out curtains in all bedrooms and comfy beds. Brilliant outdoor spaces, too bacony with breath taking sea views and back patio was very privare. 5 minutes walk to the beach and marina."

"A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "

"We loved our stay at Vell Marí and would definitely go back again. It’s an easy drive from the airport. We didn’t bother paying extra for dedicated parking and we never had trouble getting parked on the streets outside the hotel. It’s right opposite Lidl which is handy if you don’t want to take toiletries in your suitcase. The staff were lovely and the food was good and varied every day although there were also consistent options like pizza and pasta so always something for my picky eater 7 year...

Another great stay

"Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)"
