"Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"

"We were so sad to leave this lovely house in Baunei. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was charming, comfy, and the AC worked beautifully to keep us cool. "We rented the whole property. Great place for a family, there are toys, beach chairs/umbrella available which is a big plus. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The communication was a bit challenging. Location is great if you have car otherwise it’s about 15-20 minutes to the beach. The beach close by is the nicest that we visited. "

Supermarket just over the road for great convenience. Hiring a car is essential. The apartment is fine for two to four people. Be aware that it is facing a busy car park and access road so it can be quite noisy at times."

"The house is on top of a hill with a great view. The outside area is perfect with hammocks and plenty of relaxing areas. Inside the decor was nice. At night the rooms get hot but with the fans make sleeping okay. We enjoyed a few BBQs and were very happy at the house. There are bikes to ride into the little town nearby and towards the plentiful beaches... everything you need to have a great time and fall in Love with Sardinië is there... Thank you very much for the typical Sardinian treats upon...

"This was a wonderful stay at Vito's apartment. The check-in process was smooth with Vito there to guide us through the property, and they were kind enough to leave us some Italian biscuits as a gift! Lovely and spacious apartment with very useful bits and pieces like the umbrella which we used on beach days, Tupperware which we used for pack ups, a cool box with cool packs and shopping bags.
