"This accommodation is run down and poorly looked after, which is a shame. There are a few safety issues which are quite concerning. The ladder to the bunk beds is not screwed on at the top, which we only discovered when our young son tried to climb it, it was fortunate he didn't hurt himself. He had to be lifted in and out of the bed every day. The electrical appliances in the kitchen are all plugged into a single adaptor, which hangs from the wall, which I believe is quite dangerous. "What a fantastic, beautiful, calming villa, with lovely views! The location is soothingly quiet and has an almost hypnotic feel; yet it is close to restaurants and amenities. "Best summer vacation in Psian to date. The house is amazing! Great location! Clean and amazing hosts! Everything is as advertised."

"The villa is in a great position. In a small cul-de-sac so quite peaceful, yet only a couple of hundred yards from 3 small supermarkets. Also very close to the marina and all it's many restaurants covering all cuisines and prices. The beach was just a little further on but an easy stroll. The villa is spacious, maybe a bit 60's ish but nicely furnished and extensively equipped. A real home from home. Some steps to negotiate, tricky if you have any mobility issues, but otherwise not a problem....

"L’annonce décrit une maison pour 4 avec une chambre , et en plus un canapé lit, il s’agit d’un studio / une seule pièce mitoyen , voisins très proches. L’unique couchage est donc le canapé lit hors d’âge d’une saleté repoussante, on sent la structure le matelas est fait des différents coussins , on y dort très mal. Tous les textiles sont sales/taches ( coussins des banquettes , linge de toilette, fauteuils extérieurs) . Pas de poubelle pas de torchon de cuisine , pas de poêle, vaisselle grasse)....

"The apartment was absolutely amazing. The view from all rooms was breathtaking. The apartment has all you need and more. The apartment had just been decorated prior to our arrival and the little touches are great. Jose was a superb host and communication was so quick. Big thank you Jose.
