"If you want peace and quiet this is it. Town is a 5 minute drive and you do need a car here. You can drive to the beach within the hotel grounds. A walk would be some 15-20 minutes but very pleasant.Good restaurants and bakery nearby. They have stock of beach umbrellas so don't buy one!"

"We had a lovely time at the Finca Es Carbó. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed very comfortable. There were lots of towels and a lovely view over the pool. But the best thing about the Finca was our host Tania. She was so enthusiastic about everything, and gave us great tips on things to do (like the Cuevas del Drach and the small church at St. Blai). "Overall love this property. It is clean, it is in the town so you can walk to the nearby restaurants. The property itself is diverse and offers multiple pools along with other activities such as ping pong, etc. The one (and very large) downside is the parking situation which is why I could not give a 5 star rating. "Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)"

"What an incredibly beautiful hotel!! The staff would go above and beyond. The hotel room was stunning and smelt amazing… in fact the entire hotel smells amazing! Bars and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast buffet had great options and you could order eggs and crepes too. We had a lovely long weekend and can’t wait to return again sometime. "

Monsuau Cala D'Or Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

"A lovely quiet adults only hotel. Beautiful room that was kept immaculately clean. We didn’t have a chance to use the swimming pool area or restaurant outside of breakfast time, but it looked clean and inviting. Our room was in the main block, we did note that had we been over the road in the rooms facing onto the road it wouldn’t have been as nice - the balconies for those rooms face right onto the road. Breakfast great with a huge selection of food and drink choices. Whilst parking is free there is literally room for about 4/5 cars just round the corner from the hotel, we weren’t ever able to use those spaces but there is a quiet side street just behind the hotel that we used. Wouldn’t recommend Cala D’Or at all (super surprised to find it was not at all like we expected, really poor dining options, overcrowded beaches, full of kids fair rides and bouncy castles) but this hotel is a perfect choice if you are needing to be in the area. "
