"We had a lovely family stay over Easter, the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the staff were really friendly. We stayed in d'en Bossa as a base and travelled around the island. It was difficult to park for free in the area (but luckily we always managed to). There is also a big car park just across the road though. We travelled out of season so the clubs weren't yet open and I imagine it was quieter for this reason. You could still hear music, and of course, the planes flying over in the evenings, but it wasn't too loud. If you're looking for complete quiet though, this place isn't for you! The sunsets in the morning are beautiful and highly recommend paying extra for the sea view. The food in the restaurant was delicious and not too expensive compared to other restatuants in the area."

"Hospitality was great, location was perfect and the actual room itself was clean and up to date. Overall a beautiful place to stay with lots to do around and even more to eat. Should be mentioned for people sensitive to noise- the rooms are not sound proofed and the walls are thin. Don’t be alarmed by the fridge not being cold they’re more like outdoor coolers. "

"My wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even the basic room we booked exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, had a balcony with a great view, and felt comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool and direct access to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and quality options to start the day right. What impressed us the most was how all these premium features and services came at such a reasonable and fair price for a 5-star property. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Ibiza with comfort, class, and great value."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. I would recommend paying the extra and getting the sea view rooms - the view is breathtaking! The rooms are not huge but at the same time are big enough to move around freely in. The room has a kettle although could perhaps benefit from some other self-catering facilities, but there is a small fridge which is good for storing drinks etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. I must mention again just how classy and beautiful the hotel is, and the lobby is kept in immaculate condition. My son thoroughly enjoyed the free table tennis and it kept us both occupied during breaks from the pool. The breakfast option is good value for money, although we never had a chance to dine at the restaurant. "
