"We had a wonderful time in Arles and the property was located in a rural setting, but close to all the sites we wanted to visit. The property was well maintained, clean and everything worked well. The fully equipped laundry room and kitchen was a plus. Jackie and Michel were great on-property hosts. "Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette très belle maison avec un extérieur magnifique. Je mets un bémol sur la propreté de la maison qui n'était pas au niveau puisque j'ai dû effectuer un nettoyage des salles d'eau, de la chambre en extérieur ainsi que la quasi totalité des couverts et de la vaisselle. En revanche, les extérieurs sont absolument sublimes, le jardin est parfaitement entretenu, la piscine est très propre, il y a un nombre de transats suffisant pour tout le monde....

"We had a very good stay, we would like to thank the hosts for going literally the extra mile to give us a ride back to town when we had issues with the rental car. We did not use the pool as you had to go through a few gates and the mosquitos were loving us. I have never booked with Vrbo before and did not realize it did not include towels and sheets. I have used other online systems for booking homes and never had that experience. A very nice location with good wine and nice people."

"Very mixed. Big house, lovely pool, well appointed kitchen, nice locale. However, the house manager was very contentious from the start, not very responsive, and definitely not interested in making our stay comfortable (no toilet paper or soap in the entire house when we arrived after a trans Atlantic flight, some dirty towels and argued about giving us more, lots of threats of additional charges, etc). She accused us of breaking a sun umbrella upon checkout that was broken when we arrived....
