Adoramos a pousada, excelente localização, muito boa mesmo. Café da manhã super bem servido. Ótima estrutura e tudo novinho, reformado. Cama maravilhosa. Só dois pontos negativos, ficamos em um quarto(33) onde era abaixo da área do café da manhã, então 6h da manhã tinha barulho no teto de cadeira arrastando, pisadas e objetos caindo que incomodava bastante. E por falta de sorte, tinham um grupo de Hermanos que faziam bastante barulho a noite e batiam as portas sempre, hóspedes bem mal educados. Fora esses pontos, nada a reclamar. Voltaria sempre e indicaria.

Atendimento bom. Localização boa, na praça. A pousada é um prédio de 2 andares e 1 subsolo. O salão do café fica no mesmo andar da piscina. Não tem elevador. Quarto pequeno mas bom. A troca de roupa de cama e banho é falha. Se não pedir não trocam. Café da manhã simples e sem novidades. Já reparei que as reservas com aplicativos, no caso Hotéis.com, são sempre os quartos mais simples. As fotos não são a realidade. Não vale o valor cobrado. Fui em fevereiro, próximo ao feriado de Carnaval.

Fiquei por quatro dias na Pousada Cristal, fui recebida com cordialidade pelos funcionários, todos foram atenciosos e agradáveis. A acomodação foi muito confortável, todos os utensílios do quarto estavam funcionando e em perfeitas condições. Fui surpreendida pelo hotel oferecer shampoo, condicionador e secador de cabelo. O café da manhã delicioso, do salão dá para ver o mar e tambem as árvores próxima ao hotel. Ponto de melhoria: a TV não é smart, só pega canais locais. De zero a dez, dou nota 9.

Se o turista pretende ficar na vila, próximo à Praça, a pousada é razoável. Como inconveniente, a partir das 07:00h da manhã há muita conversa em voz alta, entre as próprias cozinheiras/empregadas, p/ quem se hospeda no subsolo, próximo ao refeitório, onde é servido o café da manhã. Isto me desgostou. Dormia tarde e acordava cedo c/ este barulho.
