Not that great of an experience from check in to check out. Checking in took over an hour because an issue with their system. We booked two rooms online. We realized at the front desk that Egyptians gets quoted a different price and they refused to honor it for my friend. During this time many people were calling the front desk asking for service and the front desk kept putting them off. Even two people came to the front desk complaining that they called and were put on hold endlessly. After a long annoying wait, they finally assigned us rooms and apologized for the wait and offered us a late check out at 2pm. In the morning, around noon the front desk kept on calling and asking to check out and threatened us to get charged an extra day if we are one minute late. Very unpleasant experience. Will never stay again at this facility or at any other Tolip hotel. Stay away. Not worth it

My stay at the Tulip Garden Hotel spanned six nights, encompassing the time before and after my Nile tour. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, conveniently situated near the airport yet a bit removed from the city center, with downtown Cairo being a short $4-$5 Uber ride away. We dined at the hotel's restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, finding the food to be exceptional, although it's worth noting the absence of alcohol. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, particularly during a minor dispute over a somewhat unreasonable fee of $30 for each additional guest beyond one, and the somehow ridiculous fee to use the sauna when it’s advertise in the hotel site. Omar at the check in desk and his manager handled the situation with grace, ensuring a resolution that was fair to all parties. Additionally, the hotel's barber shop provided one of the best experiences I've had around the world, a testament to the quality of their on-site services. I highly recommend the Tulip Garden Hotel to international travelers seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Cairo, away from the bustling downtown area.

Poor customer Service and outdated Hotel
First this hotel is NO WAY 4/5 Star. It’s very Outdated. We booked 2 Executives rooms and on arrival, rooms were not ready. Reception advisors were blaming last night event. My query was can understands Hotel was busy last night, checkout time was 12 and we reached at the hotel at 1800, so why rooms are not still ready so it was a lie. They did not even bothered to offer us a welcome drink which was even part of our booking. During my stay I have requested 4 times that small fridges in the rooms are not working but until we left the hotel, no one visited to fix the issue and it was very disappointing and was not expected that sort of behaviour.

Staff are ignorant to requests even the simple ones. I have to call 3-4 times every time I request something and even when it comes finalise it will be missing components. Examples: I call for ice to be sent in a regular container ( the one used for wine bottles) and the guy (said his name is Ahmed) say we don’t have any and I will bring you ice in 2 cups instead and if you need cold water put water in the minifridge. This happens every-time I call for ice. Should call at least 3 times to get 2 small cups. Appetisers sent missing 2 Items and called 2 times but they never send. When I call for towels they send me 2 small ones after 3-4 calls and ignore me when I request more. The outside is very dirty. Will never go back there for sure.
