Decepcionante e estressante
Avaliei no e-mail recebido: foi estressante, decepcionante, terrível! Assim q fizemos checkin e adentramos o saguão, verificamos estar praticamente abandonado: restaurantes não funcionam (apenas um café da manhã sem opções, preparado previamente e limitado), terraço desativado até mesmo para ver as pirâmides e a esfinge, atração q está até no nome do hotel. A pandemia não serve de justificativa, pois no saguão não havia álcool em gel e nem sabonete líquido nos banheiros. Não pudemos sequer contar com serviço de carregador, pq ele só apareceu Qd estávamos colocando de volta a bagagem no Uber p ir embora. Assim q vi toda essa situação, voltei e conversamos com o supervisor Hamed que foi totalmente atencioso e compreensivo e concordou em estornar o valor no cartão, bem como cancelar o checkin. NÃO TÍNHAMOS COMO FICAR!!! Mesmo cansados e com fome, fomos praticamente obrigados a ir embora com esse absurdo, mesmo depois de uma longa viagem, já q não havia nada funcionando direito, o hotel está praticamente abandonado, sequer tinha comida ou serviço de quarto com alimentação. Uma pena, pois apesar de caro, foi reservado pensando em realizar um sonho de ficar em frente às pirâmides. Espero contar com o apoio e suporte da Hotels.com / Expedia para reaver o valor das diárias que não pudemos desfrutar. Inclusive os outros hotéis no Cairo e Giza estão funcionando normalmente, pois entramos em contato pessoalmente p evitar novo desespero como este, e não houve problema.

The hotel was quiet and a sanctuary from the chaos of Cairo. It was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. However the decor was very ‘tired’ and in need of modernisation. The pool was lovely.

Una de mis peores experiencias en hoteles, tomamos cuatro habitaciones y las cuatro muy sucias en dos habitaciones parecía que no siquiera habían cambiado sabes se veían sucias y los baños terribles! Con ese moho negro en ducha y lavamanos. Pedimos el cambio de habitación y nos dieron otras un poco mejor. Lo único rescatable el desayuno. Si lo recomiendo?? Nooo, desafortunadamente no tomé fotos

I did not like that the rooms were dated. The bathrooms were OK. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and overall great. There is no WiFi at the hotel at all other than in the lobby area of the hotel. The pyramids are very close and you can see them from the hotel.

This hotel has an excellent location, close to Freeways,pyramids, Saqqara area and the new museum. It has another asset which is the team who is working there, there is a work for hundreds of employees while they recruiting too little , the hotel is busy and the staff is not enough. everyone is working hard to help and make guest happy, however they looks busy and tired. NO SINGLE MANAGER ON FLOOR. the hotel is VERY OLD. and sometimes is dirty. rooms has clean bed , clean bath rooms , nice flat screen TV. acceptable WI FI. But old and dirty carpets, old walls, rooms are DARK, Low levels of lights so you will not see how the rooms is old. I did not like this dark rooms. Breakfast was average has a lot of efforts and hard work, however they are using cheap ingredients. management should consider investing more in high standards food items. Again I will be back to this place only for their polite and helpful staff. Parking was overpriced but safe and secured.

施設が古い エアコンの機械が風の調整が出来ないのと、昼間はお湯のでが悪いのと、トイレの床が汚かった。 (^_^;)タオルはごわごわでした。 (^_^;)変えた方がいいかもしれない おとこの人がそうじしてたけど、駄目だな。
