Steal away in style at this luxurious city sanctuary. This modern, architecturally designed home has been built to optimise the available space, with open plan living and entertaining centred around a private swimming pool. The sprawling layout of this home offers the perfect combination for a shared holiday, whilst offering privacy to guests travelling together.

The grand size of this luxurious property isn't truly felt until you step inside and are welcomed by the view of the kitchen, living, entertaining and central pool.

Surrounded by tropical gardens that provide privacy from the neighbouring houses, you feel worlds away but are only a few minutes drive from the city centre .

Boasting a stunning private pool multiple living and entertaining areas, this well designed holiday home is perfect for bringing the large family together.

The house is complemented by two generous king master bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms. the main bathroom services the remaining rooms and also has a separate powder room & toilet, luxurious freestanding bath & walk-in shower. All rooms are fitted with modern split system A/C units

The open plan kitchen offers a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee pod machine. This flows to the covered outdoor entertaining area with large dining table, outdoor sofa, bar fridge and weber BBQ.

The internal equipped laundry with washing machine, washing tub and basket.

You have exclusive access to the property during your stay however, the garage is locked for owners storage however property has off street parking for two vehicles and street parking available.

You are conveniently located a few kilometres from the city and the esplanade but if you don't feel like going very far at all, you are a 15 minute walk to the central shopping centre, where you will find Coles, Woolworths, and pretty every store you could possibly need.

The house is situated less than 3 minutes drive to the heart of the city and 6 minutes from the airport. Cairns central shopping centre and the esplanade are both a 15 minute stroll.

The best way to visit Cairns, in my opinion, is to hire a car. there are so many awesome things to see, just a short drive away. Such as waterfalls, beaches, botanical gardens, the list goes on. At night time, due to the close proximity of the city centre, taxi's are very cheap. Better still, Uber has arrived in Cairns and provide a great service...a trip to the city centre is approximately $8.

We are more than happy to help with booking your trips and assisting with car rentals. We can probably answer any queries you might have in relation to tours and excursions, so do reach out to us - even if it’s just for honest advice!
